Disappointed
2I have used No7 foundations for as long as I can remember and especially the loose foundation as I have found it to be a quality product with pretty good packaging, however this is no longer the case. As a previous review has noted, the quantity of the product you get has reduced but not the price and I really do not like the new packaging - I bought two and returned one as the one that I opened was shocking to use, the packaging is too small to accommodate the powder and there is no room for the powder to move freely (unlike the previous packaging, whilst this may have been a little cumbersome it was very effective). Now all that happens is the powder clogs up the holes and either no powder comes out or a whopping great amount does (and that's after several uses and space in the packaging for the poweder to move), I really hate this now and will have to find a replacment, which I am gutted about as I have no issue with the product itself (I still do like this) it's just the new packaging that is absolutely useless, no doubt updated to save on production costs but all I think it will do is encourage people to stop buying the product.

Excellent product
5This is a great powder like a magic powder work magicly on my face.. perfect shade "dark " for my skin.. paerfectly match to my skin,, my skin looks so good and its stay all day,,,I m useing this for last few years.. love it,,

very poor container
5I have been using this loose powder for at least 30 years (Translucent colour)and have been through very many different packagings ,this one is the worst as is almost impossible to use from the container.I fortunately kept the old black container from the previous edition and dispense into that after a hard task to remove it from its container.Please do stop trying to make packaging attractive over ease of use...

This powder is great!
5I have used this product for years now. I use it after applying liquid foundation and it sets flawlessly. It lasts all day and night!!. If you apply too much it can look powdery but if you use this product correctly it gives you a great finish.

New packaging has spoilt this powder
4I have been using this powder on and off for years. It is lovely to use, I usually use the translucent version, it was so light and feels very soft on the skin and gives a great natural finish and does help my make-up last most of the day. But the new packaging, why on earth did no 7 change it! The sifter is solid and I have to give it a right hard tap to release a bit of powder. I usually end up with some on the carpet and some on my clothes! Not good. Shame because it's a good quality powder at a good price.

soft, light, barely there
5Have been using this powder every day for ages. My only reason for buying a new one was the realisation that I had had my old one way over 18 months and I do worry about the hygeine of old make up. Despite using every day I was surprised to find I had about a third left. In contrast to other reviewers, I love the new packaging. I can see how much is left, the finer holes a brilliant when using the No7 powder brush (I find any powder puff applies too much product and is aging) Easy to see the filter is made of a different plastic and it can be prised off if you want direct access to the powder. The powder itself is very fine and light and goes on perfectly for setting foundation, or used alone for a no make up look with the effect of softening lines.

Didn't live up to its description
2I was very disappointed with this face powder. The description said it was light diffusing for a flawless, radiant finish but I found it left my skin looking rather dull and flat. I am only sorry that I bought 3 for 2!

Excellent coverage
4No 7 loose powder if an excellent product. However I do not like the new packaging. It would appear, and I assume it is in order to reduce costs, that the loose powder container no longer has the detachable plastic cover inside which holds the powder in and also houses the powder puff. This was ideal as it kept the powder puff with the product and kept it clean. Why change something that works for something that doesn't?
