like the finish
3Have been buying L & L for as long as i can remember, but have noticed the botle has changed and you can't tell when its nealy finished and i also think it doesn't lady as long a it used to, can only summise its something to do with the pump not reaching a far down into the bottle, not happy with that, but d like the product, do something about it please Boots

Why Fix It ..... When It Was Not Broken?
2I have always used No 7 products... The Original Lift & Luminate was much better than this ‘so-called’ improved version. It does not ‘luminate’ and is heavier and duller. Also, since you changed the bottles, one cannot see how much is left and it does not last as long as before. Much of the foundation sticks to the insides and then the pump doesnt work because the bottle is suddenly empty but with loads of product lining the bottle! You always do this........ change something that did not need improving! You are sadly losing me as a No 7 customer..... as this has also happened with other products in your range. Such as the Face Wipes! Shame.

Excellent foundation best I’ve used
5Best foundation I’ve used. I have oily skin and prone to break outs - even though the foundation is for illuminating I feel it doesn’t make my skin oily than it already is. I use powder over the top to set it and it lasts all day!!!! No transfer or rubbing off. It makes my skin feel younger and softer i can tell a difference in my apperence. It gives me a slight glow which I love. Also very easy to remove at night. I use warm ivory and I’ve had the bottle for 7/8 months and I still have half left. The pump is easy to use and you need very little to go a long way.

Terrible pump action
2I bought this a while ago as half the price of my normal foundation. It is quite nice but I do find it a bit oily. My biggest problem is the pump action. It worked for a couple of applications and now it does not. I have to remove from bottle in order to use it which is both terribly messy and very wasteful. Not impressed

2Great on application but far too oily. I have mature skin and this was pore blocking by the end of the day.

5I really like this foundation. I never tried the existing version that so many are writing about so can't compare it, but I'm definitely going to buy this one again. It leaves my skin smooth and bright, which is a first for me! The lightest colour is darker than what I usually go for, but I'm pleased with it when it's on. I have purchased so many expensive foundations in the past (including dior and chanel) and I prefer this one every time. I use a blending sponge- perfect!

Brilliant foundation
4I bought this a month ago and really pleased with the results. Was worried about all the negative reviews but have to say it’s great for my skin which is combination and I use the warm ivory. Great lasting power too and doesn’t settle in fone lines.

Prefer old foumula with the blue ring.
2Please go back to the old formula, It is just to oily for me now and I broke out after the very first time I used it. The old formula would last all day and had great coverage and now it just slides off in about an hour and that is without using moisturizer before.

Love it - please don’t change it!
5I certainly cannot relate to the negative reviews as it has been perfect for me. I have just finished my first bottle of this which has lasted around 3-4 months. I had a colour patch test in store and loved it from the first time I used it. Even my daughter has started using it and prefers it to her higher luxury brand one. Will definitely be going to purchase another one tomorrow.
