So good so far
4I received this a week ago and although I can't see changes in my skin yet, I believe from reading up on this that it will take a few months of use to see results, but I am exciting to be using it and I feel that the product feels premium and well made. My one negative about this is the very loud beep that happens when the 10 minute session is complete. It makes me jump every time, it is so shrill and loud - not very relaxing at all!

Premium skincare
4I've been excited to try an LED face mask but didn't feel I could warrant the expense of repeat visits to clinic so this is perfect for me! It's expensive but it feels very premium and is something I feel I will use repeatedly at home. Packaging is lovely, Its pretty straight forward to set up and to use. Feel very relaxing on your face. I've tried this a couple of times so far and my skin has felt plumped and rested after each use. I cant comment on pigmentation or skin tone yet as I think I need to use it more to see the results on this, I plan on using it once a week so will come back and give an update review then. So far so good! I'm very pleased with this and would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to visit a salon/clinic. Its a great alternative.

I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin
5I've been using this for a couple of weeks and have noticed and improvment in tone and firmness. I use No7 skincare which has helped with deep wrinkles so not sure i was expecting much from this, however I can honestly say that I have seen even more of an improvement to fine lines and have seen less creasing/ wrinkles on my face when I wake up (skin feeling firmer!). I have some redness around my nose which I have also seen an improvement in - something the skin creams don't really address. The product is easy to use and its only a 10 min session so easy to find time to do. And now my husband has his eye on it too....

Great start
4I haven’t been using this for very long but I have already noticed a big difference in my skin colour, definitely looking more even and less red now. I look forward to seeing the results after further use.

Great launch for No7
4I was really excited to receive the face mask - it comes beautifully packaged, with premium unwrap experience. It was really easy to set up, and after a bit of time on charge was ready to go. There is a bit of an order to which on button to press, but once you work it out it's fairly straightforward. I've been using the product for the past week, in line with the recommended use instructions and can see an improvement to my skin texture and it definitely feels plump. A really great product and an accessible price point vs others on the market.

Disappointed
1Arrived charged it but it doesn’t work The control lights up when charging but the mask will not light up

A worthwhile investment
5I’m always intrigued when No7 releases a new product - especially from their Laboratories line. Whilst this may have a hefty price tag - the technology behind it is sure to deliver results over time and compared to similar LED masks on the market, this comes in at a fraction of the price. It’s still early days but I am very much looking forward to seeing results. Well done No7!

Good to use when working
2I bought this for my Mum and she said it felt lovely to use but unfortunately we’ve had to return it as it stopped charging after a few weeks. Great whilst it worked though.

Has potential but very POOR connection
1I was really looking forward to this product but didn’t use it long enough to see any benefits. First one - poor connection between lead and mask. Returned and got a replacement. Replacement arrived on Saturday, very quickly. This one the power does not stay on at all and you have to hold the lead pressing into the connector point- so this will be returned also. Now looking for an alternative.

Excellent - need neck/dec mask please
5I purchased this LED face mask in December 2020 and I have used it every day since for 3 months. I have to say my skin does look fresh and healthy and my forehead particularly looks like I have had botox! Since all beauticians are closed during lockdown this is a very good thing. I use it every day as I wake up with nothing on my skin and then after cleansing I use Vitamin C & E with Ferulic acid serum, Hyaluronic Acid serum and B5 moisturiser and I have been impressed with how my skin looks at 56. PLEASE BRING OUT A NECK AND DECK LED MASK TO COMPLIMENT IT!
