So good so far
4I received this a week ago and although I can't see changes in my skin yet, I believe from reading up on this that it will take a few months of use to see results, but I am exciting to be using it and I feel that the product feels premium and well made. My one negative about this is the very loud beep that happens when the 10 minute session is complete. It makes me jump every time, it is so shrill and loud - not very relaxing at all!

Difficult to review so soon, but here's some info
4I'm writing this review to give my feedback thus far and to provide additional information that’s lacking from the website description. I stumbled upon the mask online when I was about to buy a different LED mask and saw No7 had just launched this. I decided to buy this despite the lack of reviews after I emailed customer service for the information booklet (that comes with the mask), so I knew a bit more than is advertised. I thought for the price it could be worth it (I got it on offer, No7 is often on offer - keep your eyes peeled). Important info if you've done any research on LED masks: Wavelengths are: 630nm red +-10 visible light 850nm infrared +-10nm non-visible light The wavelengths are pretty comparable to other LED masks out there, which is one of the reasons I bought this. There may not be as many lights as other masks and there is only one light colour (red), and setting (10min), hence the price. The mask is also flexible (rather than rigid). It fits me ok although I think I have quite a short face. It doesn't sit flat against my chin, but the instructions say to expect that. (I sometimes just hold it closer to my face so it's touching!) I find the nose bit a little uncomfortable, but again, it will really depend on your face shape/size (and it's only for 10min). It has one velcro strap that secures it, but it I think it could have done with two (take note, No7). I found in the first week my eyes hurt a little in the days after I started using it, but it's stopped now. You don't need to wear goggles or close your eyes (as stated in the information booklet). I'd just suggest making sure the eye holes are properly lined up with your eyes, as this may have been the cause of my problems. I agree with some of the other reviews/comments - the cable needs a good shove to get it fully in the socket - you might think you've done it but really it needs another shove if the lights don't turn on. It doesn't come with a plug to charge the handset, but any USB plug will do. You are supposed to use it 10min a day, 5 days a week, and in the evening. It switches off after 10min with a piercing beep (maybe in case you feel asleep or something? It's not a nice beep). Your face should be washed clean and dry before using it. Then I think the idea is that serums/creams etc will be better absorbed afterwards (this isn't in the information booklet, but from my own research (so may not actually be true)). I've had the mask two weeks now, so used it for a total of 100min. So far I've seen no difference to my skin. I have a fair few wrinkles forming on my forehead and they look the same, both from me looking in the mirror and judging, but also from the 'before' photos I've taken for myself. However, again, from my own research, it will likely take a few months to see any real difference. Big important note: this is not a quick fix - you will likely need to be dedicated to using it for quite some time (months!) before you might see any difference. (Although, again, this is my personal experience and from the information I've gathered from researching LED masks - your experience might be different.) No7 don't make any claims on the website or in the information booklet about a timeframe, which isn't great (read: red flag). It is a deliberate marketing technique since No7 normally say something like 'your skin/wrinkles/something will look better in just xxx weeks'. It means no one can challenge them when after six months of use there's no difference to your skin, as they never gave a timeframe for you to expect to see a difference. Thus, as stated at the start of this review, it's difficult to give a proper review of the product thus far, but I've given it 4 stars and said I'd recommend it to a friend, although I don't really have a clear opinion yet. The dropped star is for the lack of timeframe given by No7 (which is worrying) and the pessimism I have about this doing anything for my skin (due to the number of things I’ve tried over the years with no success). I hope the review is helpful for those considering buying it. I will continue using it in the hope that I will see a difference in the future and I'll maybe try to update this in a few months.

Premium skincare
4I've been excited to try an LED face mask but didn't feel I could warrant the expense of repeat visits to clinic so this is perfect for me! It's expensive but it feels very premium and is something I feel I will use repeatedly at home. Packaging is lovely, Its pretty straight forward to set up and to use. Feel very relaxing on your face. I've tried this a couple of times so far and my skin has felt plumped and rested after each use. I cant comment on pigmentation or skin tone yet as I think I need to use it more to see the results on this, I plan on using it once a week so will come back and give an update review then. So far so good! I'm very pleased with this and would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to visit a salon/clinic. Its a great alternative.

I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin
5I've been using this for a couple of weeks and have noticed and improvment in tone and firmness. I use No7 skincare which has helped with deep wrinkles so not sure i was expecting much from this, however I can honestly say that I have seen even more of an improvement to fine lines and have seen less creasing/ wrinkles on my face when I wake up (skin feeling firmer!). I have some redness around my nose which I have also seen an improvement in - something the skin creams don't really address. The product is easy to use and its only a 10 min session so easy to find time to do. And now my husband has his eye on it too....

Great start
4I haven’t been using this for very long but I have already noticed a big difference in my skin colour, definitely looking more even and less red now. I look forward to seeing the results after further use.

Great launch for No7
4I was really excited to receive the face mask - it comes beautifully packaged, with premium unwrap experience. It was really easy to set up, and after a bit of time on charge was ready to go. There is a bit of an order to which on button to press, but once you work it out it's fairly straightforward. I've been using the product for the past week, in line with the recommended use instructions and can see an improvement to my skin texture and it definitely feels plump. A really great product and an accessible price point vs others on the market.

A worthwhile investment
5I’m always intrigued when No7 releases a new product - especially from their Laboratories line. Whilst this may have a hefty price tag - the technology behind it is sure to deliver results over time and compared to similar LED masks on the market, this comes in at a fraction of the price. It’s still early days but I am very much looking forward to seeing results. Well done No7!
