Great product
5I bought this about 4 weeks ago and have already noticed a difference, like others I enjoy having 10 minutes with it on listening to the radio with my eyes closed while it does it's magic. I'm 51. My skin feels much firmer and looks a lot clearer, feels smoother and an annoyingly noticeable spider vein on my cheek has become a lot less noticeable since using it which I am delighted with. My hubby also uses it and his skin has firmed up too....

Good value LED mask
5At the time of purchase this mask was very competitively priced and being from No. 7 a trusted brand I decided to give it a go. This was a little treat as replacement for facials in lockdown and I do find it really relaxing to sit back, eyes closed and feel the very gentle warmth/light and wish I could do more then 10 minutes a day. I also like the fact the mask is flexible in comparison to more expensive moulded plastic masks as I also use it on my neck and chest as they are the areas I tend to have breakouts and have noticed a difference in how quickly they are healing compared to normal having only used the mask a few times.

So far so good
5I have only used the mask 5 times but already loving it, even though it is too early for a full review. It came fully charged and I had no issues connecting it up. I got this mask for £79.99 so an absolute bargain. I find it comfortable and very relaxing once on and the fact that it turns off itself is great so I don’t have to set a timer! very pleased.

So far so good
4I've only been using the item a few weeks however I have noticed some improvement to my forehead already. Its super easy to set up and I can sit back and have 10 mins to myself. It would be handy if it came with different sized head straps as I find them quite big. But once I have it on I just lie back and it doesn't move. You can't feel any discomfort from the light, it's bright to begin with but your eyes do adjust. I'm look forward to see further improvements.

Surprising
4I just wanted to write a review because I ummed and aaahd about purchasing this mask and decided to take a punt when I saw this offer and I am so glad I did so I thought I would share my thoughts. I’m in my 40’s with three children, one baby and since lockdown I’ve felt worn out and unkempt, I used to keep up and together but with the closure of all the salons abs hairdressers it’s all gone to pot! (Anyone else feel like this?!) My skin has really got bad probably from the sleep deprivation (baby) and relentless home schooling (kids) and so I decided to take matters into my own hands! Upping my skin care reigime and doing some research. Ok. So the mask. I think it works, it really does. I’ve used it 4 times now alongside my normal reigime and it’s started to show results immediately but I would hope that this will continue. Here are my thoughts.., Read the instructions. I got myself into a strop when I couldn’t switch it on, nearly through the mask out of the window. It should come charged, and do your skin sensitivity test ASAP. Don’t do what I did, set time aside for a facial and feel cross when I realised I had left out a key stage. Second, I apply lots of serum after and face cream and let it sink in. which it does quickly as your skin feels thirsty after. Third. Don’t judge it on the appearance of your skin immediately after, have a look the following morning. Mine appeared much clearer, more even and my eye bags dramatically improved, even though I had been up four times with a baby the night before. I’m not sure about my frown furrows yet but I am hopeful. I’ve never been one for salons, nor Botox etc because I have neither the time nor the patience for that lark. Besides which it’s awkward rocking up with three kids in tow and asking someone to make you look less harried and harassed not to mention a fools errand, so this suits me perfectly! It’s like a little time out from a mad world. 10 mins a at when you can just kick back and relax and look after yourself. It’s worth the investment and especially at this price! And at the moment, couldn’t we all just use a little pamper. I think it is a goer for both the beauty salon enthusiast and those that like me, would love my face to look a little smoother and radiant without resorting to Botox and fillers.

Cheaper than salon treatments....
4Was thrilled to be given a chance to try a red light/infrared treatment as its so expensive to be treated at a salon and as many sessions are needed to yield results this is the way to go for sure as u really dont need to pay a professional to whack a mask on and leave u lying there! Great investment for those who wanted to try this particular therapy to see if it will work for your skin/ageing problems! And me, my sister and daughter all get to share it! After reading the scientific data i am hopeful this might yield some positive results and i am willing to try anything non surgical! Easy to use, relaxing experience apart from the loud beep at the end, i might see if i can invent something to muffle it!

4Bought this 2 weeks ago. Had zero issue with connecting the wire to the mask. I do find the strap uncomfortable to wear though and mask can slide down my face. may just be the size of my face though but would have preferred elastic for the strap. too early for results - need at least 4 weeks, most likely 8 weeks of consistent use for those. but happy with specs - near infra red is key. be warned a lot of reviews for this are from people who didn’t pay for the product.

Faulty item
1I have had this item a week now and been unable to use as yet, due to the handset not charging. I contacted Boots about this and Customer Services have this far been unsuccessful in resolving, suggesting returning it to store whilst in a Tier 4 lockdown! Seems like I will be almost £100 out of pocket for a while yet... Poor service from Boots.

No7 Laboratories Age-Defying LED Mask
4It's a bit early days but after about 3 weeks of using this it does seem to have made a difference to my skin. It definitely feels plumper and smoother. All arrived OK and worked fine. Once you get over the fact that you look like a cross between something from 'Friday and 13th' and 'Dr Who' when you're wearing it (much to the hilarity of my family), it's actually quite relaxing and I look forward to my 10 minutes of peace and silence while using it. As others have mentioned, I don't feel comfortable with my eyes open so close them. But all good so far and might even suggest my husband gives it a go!

good concept, poor execution
1Try as I might I could not get the LED mask to light up. I took all the advice - made sure it was fully charged and pushed as hard as I could manage but could not get the thing to work. This was on two devices as I returned the first and had it replaced, still no joy.
