Pleasantly surprised
5I bought this product when it was first launched and it only had a few shades (luckily they had it in my shade) so I gave it a try and wasn't disappointed! It has a great consistency for a foundation (not too watery like the Airbrush and not too thick like the Matte) with medium coverage and isn't at all heavy on the skin. I like the dewy/glow finish with no hint of a powdery texture once it's completely dried on the skin. For a fuller coverage without compromising on the finish I'd recommend mixing it with the No7 instant radiance foundation but sadly they've discontinued it :( but the lift & luminate achieves a similar result. My only criticism is that I didn't find it changed the look of my bare skin at all.

Amazing foundation
5I have tried a few no7 foundations and have never found 1 I really like even though I love the moisturisers and skin care. This is a amazing foundation leaves skin looking perfectly smooth and with a lovely glowing mendium skin tone and got deeply honey perfect colour match highly recommended

Exaggerated fine lines, very unflattering to skin
2I’ve been looking for a new foundation after my old one was discontinued, this range has a close to perfect shade match which is amazing but the foundation itself is really poor. I expected something quite dewy that sat on the skin well given the moister element but its dry and sits in lines worst than any other foundation I’ve tried, such a shame given no7 don’t do my shade in many other ranges, on to the next brand!

Awful
1This was the first time trying a no.7 liquid foundation and it will be my last. I was recommended this by the sales assistant as it was new. I feel like you need to apply a lot of this just to get a little coverage and i found it to be quite drying on my skin. It sat on my face like a powder. I'd say you could probably use it to touch up random areas than as a foundation to wear on the whole of your face. Didn't like it at all and feel quite conned by the beauty assistant who recommended it.

Perfect!
5Wow. This foundation is now my favourite! It applies easily and evenly with a brush and leaves skin with a beautiful glow that can be pared down if desired with powder especially on the t zone. I have roseaca on my cheeks and this covers it so well, leaving my skin looking fantastic. Great for travel too as its a lightweight plastic tube not glass. I will be repurchasing this product!

A hidden gem
5I bought this on a bit of whim after reading Sali Hughes' review of it. It's a real gem - natural, not cakey, covers but doesn't 'blank out' your skin and a total bargain. It also wears well and doesn't become patchy during the day. I'm super pale and Porcelain works for me. I have moderately dehydrated, combination skin. The only thing is that it would be great to see the colour range extended for people with darker skin - come on Boots, extend the love.

Great Foundation
5I don't write reviews often but I felt I should for this as I know how difficult it can be picking a foundation. I'm 36 years old and suffer from hyperpigmentation and I'm also prone to hormonal breakouts. I went into the Dundee store today for a colour match, colour suggested was wheat. Unfortunately the colour isn't right for me but I was given a tester to try so no biggie I'll try a shade lighter. That aside the foundation itself is amazing, it gives medium coverage and leaves you with a lovely glow. My skin also looks even and smooth. The foundation doesn't feel heavy at all and I've had no transfer onto clothing. I will most likely have to wear a powder as the prescriptions for my skin can tend to make my face oily later in the day.

Lovely glow
5I was looking for a move from a rather Matte looking foundation that basically sucked moisture from my forehead. Came across this online so thought I would try it. Went to local store to have colour match and shade was not available so tried the beige as assistant said the matching colour could be pale looking. I have really noticed an improvement in my skin, it is glowly but not overbearingly that I need to slap some powder on top. You can build it up for better coverage with sponge. I do recommend it

Disappointed
2I’ve used No7 foundation for years; the cool vanilla shade was perfect. However, as I don’t wear foundation all that often, a bottle lasts a long time. I went to replace it to find they don’t seem to make it any more (lift and illuminate?) so I bought this instead. It’s awful. Really thick and the colour just wasn’t the same. My skin felt clogged, it came off on my hands if I touched my face and I couldn’t wait to get it off when I got home. I won’t be buying this again and I know it will be a huge faff finding another brand I like.

The best foundation ive ever used!
5I normally like a heavy coverage foundation however im amazed at how good the coverage is considering how natural it looks! Ive lost count of the amount of people who have told me how good my skin looks since wearing it, this includes strangers as well as family and friends. This foundation is a miracle and a total gem!!!
