A bit rubbish
2It says on the tube 'visibly fresh and radiant skin' but for me it did the opposite. Any healthy glow I did have was covered up by the foundation. It doesn't cover well and gives a greyish yellow colour to your skin. My skin felt dry and powdery with it on. I am a fan of the no.7 Essentially natural so was expecting more of the same but sadly all I did was waste my money to look like I was ill.

Brilliant for combo skin!!
5I bought this a few months ago now and absolutely love it! I have combination skin that leans more on the dry side and trying to find a foundation that doesn’t leave you oily but doesn’t clingy to the dry patches on your skin is really hard! This does the job amazingly! Doesn’t cling to any dry patches and once set doesn’t leave me oily I really recommend this to anyone, plus the foundation itself also feels like it is actually doing the extra job as working as a moisturiser as my skin hasn’t felt dry for weeks since using this with my normal skin routine!

Oxidises
3I really like the way it sits on my skin to begin with, but after an hour or so it begins to oxidise and turns about two shades darker with an orange tinge! I used another No7 moisturiser underneath. Doesn’t look great after an hour.

Perfect everyday foundation
5I think this is brilliant. My shade (porcelain) suits me perfectly, I think the coverage is just right for everyday wear, it lasts fairly well and I just love the texture/finish - it really glides over my combo skin and doesn't go strange over blemishes or stick to dry areas. I think it's very good quality for the price. I understand why some reviewers are saying it's too matte, it doesn't really have a dewy finish which kind of goes against the way its marketed but it does have moisturising properties. I also really like the packaging - it won't suit everyone as it isn't particularly luxury but its functional, lightweight and doesn't take up much space. Best thing for me is No7 have now addressed their cruelty free status - they are indeed cruelty free :) (it was hard to work out until recently). Very pleased.

Natural, bright and pale enough!
5I really struggle to find foundation pale enough for my skin tone. The porcelain shade is perfect! The finish of this foundation is an absolute dream - it's naturally glowy and I've had a couple of compliments about how good my skin looks. I really cannot recommend this foundation enough.

Covers well but very matte
2Bought this on the advice of a sales assistant. I came back from holiday with a slight tan and my previous foundation didn't match. I decided to buy a different one as I was intrigued about the colour matching technology. Well the shade was spot on, but that was the only thing that was. My skin is oily / combination so I was worried about this being too moisturising for my skin but the sales assistant assured me it wouldn't make me oilier. Well, she was right because on me this is a matte foundation, no hint of a sheen and definitely no oils coming through. This would be great if this was what I was looking for, but it wasn't. I said I was looking for a satin or slightly luminous foundation. It's aimed at people with dry skin but if it was this matte on my skin, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Fabulous quality foundation
5Glides on beautifully delivering an even,dewy finish with good even coverage. Warm ivory or warm beige are best if you have golden undertones. Lasts all day without sitting in fine lines or oxidising.

Nice natural finish
5I've been trying to find a new foundation since my last one ran out and have tried loads of samples. I narrowed it down to between this one and the Estee Lauder Double Wear Light which I personally found fairly similar but with this one less than half the price. I don't find it to separate badly which is an issue I've been having lately and think it gives a natural finish and evens my skin tone. I have dry / combination skin with some very dry patches.

Use with primer
5I bought this foundation as the store was out of my usual Stay Perfect shade and am now converted to this one. I was a little dubious when the No7 assistant said it leaves a dewy look but was pleasantly surprised by the finish. I find it helps to use a primer first.

Exaggerates lines
3As boots have discontinued the foundation I love thought I’d try this one ! So disappointed sits in wrinkles !!
