Bring back the cream this product replaced!
2I've used this face cream for many years but will now change to another brand. The new packaging is awful - the pump stopped working, then started again. It has now stopped working again, I think because it's run out (fair enough!) but I have no way of knowing for sure because I can't see if there's any product left in the tube. With the tub I could clearly see when I was running low and I'd stock up in advance. Also, I think there is a lot of waste with the pump mechanism as it can't scoop up every last drop of cream.

Wow! Pleasantly surprised, I love it!
5I bought this cream for a few reasons, I like the pump applicator as the pots waste product under your nails, it’s cleaner to apply, and also it was on 3 for 2, with £10 off voucher. I have a cupboard full of high end creams, it’s a bit of an addiction, a lot of which I’ve used and not gone back to, as I’m really particular with what I like. This is a really rich cream and is super hydrating, but the issue I would usually find with that is a residue, or being too heavy to apply makeup well, however, not this bad boy! It sank straight in, leaving my skin silky smooth and supple, I absolutely love it! I’m going back to buy 3 more whilst the offer is on. I’m pretty surprised to see negative reviews on this, to be honest. It’s one of the best day creams I’ve used in years.

After two months of using the pump!
3Following on from my previous review two months ago, I still like the cream but annoyingly the pump stopped working. I could feel that there was still cream in there and, when I weighed it compared to a new one, I could see that there was still 25ml in there. Luckily I found that if I pushed a wooden manicure stick up through the hole at the bottom of the canister and pressed the pump at the same time I could expel the trapped air and it worked again. I don’t think the pump dispenser does this product any favours!

Too thick
1Bring back the beautiful skin day cream SPF 15, why do boots no7 keep discontinuing the good products and bringing in new items that are not as good, this is thick consistency, not pleasant to use and doesn't have the lovely smell of the beautiful skin range, dry skin, pink packaging

Replacement for Skin Beautiful for Dry Skin
4The cream itself is a good replacement for the previous incarnation although I’m not convinced that the SPF is as good as the 15 on the old one. I don’t really like the pump, it seems wasteful of plastic and you can’t see how much is left in there, although it is quite good in my gym bag. The nozzle gets a small cloggy bit in it every day, which does rub in if you make the effort. I would rather have the jar but don’t want the day cream without the SPF, which does come in the jar. I have used the versions of this No7 cream for several decades and I still think the products are good quality at a good price.

Disappointed
2I have been a fan of No 7 skin care for at least 20 years. Having used several versions of their Day Creams, the most recent being Protect and Perfect, I thought I would try this one for a change. For the first time ever I am disappointed. After 3 weeks my skin feels drier and I'm sure the wrinkles are more noticeable. I wonder why, is it just me?

Perfect day cream
5I have used this for other a month and my skin tone has improved and feels moisturised. Is absorbed easily and the spf is an added bonus!

not up to expectation
2Purchased this a couple of weeks ago but it fails to quench my post-menopause skin. Furthermore, the pump has now stopped working, so I now have to trudge back to store in the hope of a refund/exchange! Would not repurchase this product.

Best day cream ever
5I would describe the skin on my face as feeling tight once I've washed it, I use two pumps of this over my whole face and neck and my skin feels soft, smooth and refreshed. The cream glides over the skin, absorbs quickly and has a non-shine finish. My skin feels instantly hydrated and no longer tight. Best thing about this cream is that this feeling lasts... 12 hours later and I still have soft shine-free skin. Added SPF and 5* UVA/UVB are a must for me as I don't like to put extra sunscreen on my face. Love the pump bottle as opposed to a pot too as it keeps the cream from drying out and delivers the right amount of cream every time.
