Disappointed
1Brought this product as a replacement to moisturising day cream for normal to dry skin. The no 7 boots store assistant said this is a replacement to the product I used to use. So believing her I purchased the product which isn't cheap to purchase. I have been using this cream daily for the past 3 weeks but it makes my skin feel dry and dull looking. Please bring back the original product which I have been using for over 20 years as it more hydrating and fresh looking on my skin.

Previous product was better
3Bought as a replacement product for discontinued moisturiser. Please bring back the old formula. Also agree with other comments, pump action is wasteful and not recyclable.

Fantastic
5I absolutely love this product. It’s not at all greasy and sinks straight into the skin. I have had no dry skin at all since using this which was recommended to me at my local store!! Thank you so much it’s far better than what I was using before. 5 stars highly recommended.

lovely cream poor packageing
3Bring back the beautiful skin day cream SPF 15, why do boots no7 keep discontinuing the good products and bringing in new items that are not as good, not pleasant to use and doesn't have the lovely smell of the beautiful skin range, dry skin, pink packaging The Pump thing is rubbish and you canot tell when you are runing low I will not buy this product again.

5At first I wasn’t sure whether I should buy this after they took away Beautiful Skin range. However this cream is just as good! I love it, and would definitely recommend it.

Not as good as the product it replaced
2As others have said - I am also sadly rather disappointed in this. It is no where near as moisturising as the product it replaced ( Beautiful Skin - Dry Very Dry skin)

Simply not as good as the product it replaced
1Really disappointed that Boots decided to replace a fabulous face cream for this! It does not give your skin the same moisture boost or glow - it is not worth the money and I wont be buying it again. Also the new pump action bottle is not an improvement - why not design more environmentally friendly recyclable packaging?

Flaky dry skin - no good
1I'm devastated that they changed the product I used for over 20 years to this. The previous product use to keep my dry flaky skin moist although this is rubbish. I'm back to flaking again for the first time in 20 years and now on the search for a different product. The new version is a waste of money. I wont be buying no7 anymore. Such a shame they discontinued the previous product.

Please produce Beautiful Skin again
1The cream is fine although not any better than Beautiful Skin which suited my skin perfectly. The packaging does it no favours. I have arthritis in my hands and find the pump very difficult. Also it stops working after only a few days so it is obviously not empty and it takes a lot of effort to make it work again. This happens repeatedly. Although it is supposed to contain the same amount as the jars it does not last as long and I am sure that it is because some cream is being wasted as it is impossible to ensure that you really have removed all the cream.

Nice cream
3I have been using this product for a long time, why did Boots in their wisdom change the packaging, pump stops working, you can't get at the remainder out, my Mum even took a hacksaw to the pump so I could get loads more out. Please bring back the glass jar.
