Annoying product
2One of these annoying products that peels off like flaky skin once it's dry, which means you can't wear it under make-up. They ought to advertise it as a mask, not as a day product. Annoyed!

Excellent product
5I rarely write a review but I was so impressed with this I wanted to share it. I am a loyal customer of no7 products, some more successful than others but I started to use this on my neck as it was aging far quicker than my face which was starting to make me feel really self conscious (I'm 47 years old). I've tried other neck creams with no success but I can honestly say this has made such a difference to my neck. The awful crepyness has reduced loads and feels firmer than before. I was surprised how much of a difference it made to me. I no longer feel self-conscious about it and now matches my face age better!! . I've been using it for a good 4 months and I'm still on the same tube so lasting well.

The skin on my neck looks a lot firmer

Amazing results
5I wanted to write this to counter all the negative reviews. Perhaps you need to be pretty old to get all the benefits! I am on my second tube of this and use it mainly on my jawline which at 62 had started to get seriously saggy. I only use it at night and have been astonished at the firming results. I always approach new products with low expectations but this has not disappointed. I am also a fan of the restore and renew range but have been using no.7 serums since they launched, working my way through the age ranges. I do get compliments about my skin looking younger than my age and attribute it to many years of using no.7.

Did nothing for me at all.
1I used this product for several weeks and never felt or saw any difference at all sadly. It just felt like putting on another cream. It was easy to follow the instructions and I was hopeful, but it was not worth the effort. I t may indeed work with other skin types.

Ignore the negative comments this stuff is brillia
5I don’t very often review anything but I feel I must, my mum and sister raved about this range but both are blessed with supple skin, I’m the opposite and tend to be quite dry, after reading so many negative reviews I decided not to try this. That was until the day a half price offer with three for two popped up in my inbox so I decided to take the plunge thinking I could pass it on to my mum or sister if I didn’t like it. I am so glad that I did, within a week fine lines were improved within a fortnight they’d all but disappeared, a month on - my deeper lines between my brows and around are mouth are much finer and the a number of fine lines around my eyes have gone completely. I use both this and the filler, folllwed by usual No 7 serum and day/night cream. I have not once experienced the pilling etc mentioned in other reviews, I read the instructions/watched the videos and apply as instructed, only a small peppercorn size, one small squeeze and hold the tube pressed in whilst applying to the skin then roll as instructed. Nor have I experienced any problems with it absorbing in to my skin, I apply all of the above and then clean my teeth and by the time I’ve done them it absorbed enough for my makeup. I’m 47, my wrinkles are massively improved and the rest of my skin for example on my checks and forehead where I was pretty much wrinkle free is literally glowing and former than it’s been in quite a few years. Do yourself and your skin - buy now :-)

Expensiive and useless...
1I don't like the applicator which hurts my skin and my jawline. The serum itself doesn't do anything at all for me. I use the Restore & Renew line, the day & night creams, the eye cream and the serum. I like all of them, and I do think they actually do something. But that's the other problem I have with the Laboratories serum: by the time I've put that on, then the R & R serum and then the day or night cream, I feel I have a huge pancake on my face, and my skin shines so much my partner doesn't need a mirror to comb his remaining hair. In short, what a waste of money.

Unimpressed
1I really love the Restore & Renew range and find if I only leave it off for one day I can see the difference. However this product and the one that supposed to treat lines I have found absolutely useless. I used three of the line one and there was absolutely no difference at all. This product was the same. Certainly not going to buy another two as I did before. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Saw a difference straight away
5Started using this a couple of months ago specifically for neck and jawline. There was a definite improvement straight away and that has continued. This has really had a more pronounced effect than just the lift and luminate serum on its own - have already purchased more with the recent special offers. A little goes a long way and am still on my first bottle. Perhaps its because my skin was a bit more saggy having lost a lot of weight suddently four years ago but am more than happy with the effect.
