DISAPPOINTED WITH NO 7 AGAIN
1First of all I find it VERY difficult to get any product out of the tube. I have to press very hard and then too much appears. Secondly I find the roller unpleasant and painful on my skin. It is useless and gimmicky. After applying moisturiser on top, this then bobbles and has to be rubbed off. The product has quickly been used up due to too much being used in one and go and I cannot say I can see much improvement in my skin. A lot of money to pay to be let down once again by No 7 again.

Excellent Profict
5I have been using this product since it was released and took photographs to show its impact on my skin. I am truly amazed, I use it every morning on the skin around my chin and on the jaw line which has consequently tightened and looks more youthful. Used in conjunction with the line serum I can really see the difference. I highly recommend this product.

Brilliant product
5I started using this back in May. I can definitely see a big difference. My skin on my neck and face looks smoother and fresher and my jaw line is especially improved. Love it.

A must have ...
5I’m usually cynical about ‘miracle’ lotions and potions but not this one. Having lost weight and a little ‘jowly’ I’m pleased to say that this product has certainly firmed up my face. I’m on my second tube and can highly recommend it. The small metal balls gently massage my face, definitely worth the money.

Firming Booster
1I have recently purchased this product and unfortunately I am very disappointed. I have used the recommended amount and when applying my serum and moisturiser (as instructed) the result is lots of 'bits' all over my face and it is just about impossible to apply my foundation. I looked at reviews on this product and found people expressing the same problem. A waste of money and I wonder if the product can be returned? Often leading brands offer refunds if you are not happy with the product.

Really works
5At first i used this just on my neck and side of face as instructions. But i use it now all over my face,not near eyes though. Leave it to soak in , go brush teeth, then moisturise and make up, it doesn't peel off. What a difference you can really see.

5I bought this about a month ago, followed instructions on how much to use, i can definitely see a difference in how my skin looks and feels, I’ll definitely keep buying.

Horrible to use
1I bought this about two months ago, and I'm not sure that I will continue to use it. The applicator makes it really uncomfortable. I'm sure it is very effective- just like your other serums that I have used ever since they were first launched, but the applicator is really off-putting. Buy one in an ordinary tube!!

I like it
4I’m a bit sceptical about how effective all the gimmicky serums on the market are. After using this though, my skin feels invigorated and I do think it’s having a positive effect. My skin seems to be smoother and more hydrated, so overall I’m really pleased with this. I like the balls as a way of distributing the serum as they almost seem to wake my skin up. At times though if I apply my daily makeup on top, it can go a bit flaky. I think though that I didn’t give it time to soak in properly though

Great serum with gimmicky packaging!
4Again another great product in a daft bottle with ball bearings in! Two of the ball bearings fell out - who needs this nonsense! Just give up the serum in a normal tube without all this twisting, turning etc. These are for mature people who do not need these gimmicks. Put faith in your product - and shoot the packaging designers.
