Not convinced
2Really like the applicator having previously used No 7 without this. Wondered if you pay the extra money because of this feature but either way I do quite like it, I find it soothing. What I’m not so convinced by is the serum. I’d read some reviews and wanted to try it myself, and do find it peeling and that if I rub my skin after lots of residue comes off. I do not buy into this being attributed to putting too much on, I am frugal in application, moving the applicator over the areas of my face only once - I also keep the product upright at all times so all the serum doesn’t go straight to the head and I don’t squeeze the bottle when applying. Does my skin look better? Not that I notice enough sadly.

Skin feels so firm after two weeks!!
5Can’t emphasise enough how amazing this product is. Use this along with p&p serum and my skin feels and looks amazing i have recommended this to friends and family and they all love it. Just a peppercorn size amount per area and it works wonders! Love all the laboratories range!!

Excessive packaging
3I bought this product as an alternative to my usual boots serum. I won’t buy it again purely due to the essessive packaging that it NOT recyclable either ! Having written to Boots I was told it ‘was what their customers wanted’ ! - but I can’t agree with that. I understand customers want a product to look nice but putting it in a presentation box that then can’t be recycled and goes straight in the bin is,I’m sure, not something customers want ???

Fiirming booster serum
1I bought this over a month ago and have used it morning and night. It is completely USELESS. No difference whatsoever, no firming of skin nothing. I am very disappointed it was a waste of money, £38!

DOES NOT ABSORB
1THE USED JUST THE PRODUCT AS ADVISED BY THE ASSISTANT IN STORE AND LEFT IT TO BE ABSORBED BUT FOUND THAT IT JUST SAT ON MY SKIN. TOOK A WHILE UNTIL DRY, AND YOU COULD RUB IT OFF. MY SKIN LOOKED SHINY LIKE I HAD LEFT A GEL MASK ON!

Very disappointed
1Bought this product costing £38 after seeing the reviews. Have used it as directed for a month and can see no difference whatsoever. Complete waste of money

Not worth the money
1I bought this with high hopes, but find whatever I do it just pills and peels off my face. I've tried using less, also using it and then waiting to apply moisturiser and makeup, and even just patting it in and waiting. I exfoliate regularly and double cleanse and it makes no difference to application. I think the formula is faulty and I certainly would not buy this again. Also the application bobbly thing is a gimmick.

Brought for my saggy neck
5I brought this about a month ago and use it every morning. It has definitely improved the look of the skin on my neck. Only once did it bobble , so I rub it in afterwards give it 5-10 mins before using my advanced serum then 5 mins or so I slap on some no7 moisturiser spf 15 . I was quite sceptical but I used £5 voucher and the 3 for 2 offer . A little goes a long way ,don’t be tempted to put lots on to work faster ( it won’t) my skincare routine could be better ( I don’t do evenings) love the sun ! And use a face wash in the morning . I’m 56 and noticed my neck was looking turkey like ,this has definitely helped. I would recommend.

A rare success
5I can honestly say that this is the only anti-ageing product I have ever bought that really does work, and quite quickly. Have only been using for about ten days but see an effect in the eye area already - lines definitely less visible, and skin smoother. Not sure how or why: but don't care. Be careful to allow it to sink in before applying make up, as it will tend, as other reviews have said, to leave a bit of residue - but who cares, really when you see results that for once deliver what you are promised.
