Don't waste your money
1I used this product religiously for 3 months, morning and night, and it made zero difference to my one conspicuous age spot on my cheek. Don't buy it.

1I used some of my loyalty points from my boots card on this product in May 2019 what a complete waste.I faithfully used it twice a day with absolutely no improvement.I have used various no.7 products and have always been very happy with the results Never again.

Extremely irritating
1I bought this serum w/ high expectations considering I have always been a fan of Boots No.7 products, however I was very disappointed this time. I applied as directed and only two days later my cheeks and forehead were red, burning and inflamed. My skin had the texture of an orange peel, under my eye there was a pocket of fluid. After soothing it w/ ice it became somewhat relieved but very dry and itchy. Its been 6 days now since I applied the serum and it slowly is diminishing. Please be aware if you choose to purchase this. BTW I don't have sensitive skin.

No difference at all
1I have 4 dark spots on my cheek and jaw and tried this for over a month. It has had no effect at all, and they are of differing pigmentation already (one quite a bit lighter than the others) so it's not as if I'm using it only on really dark spots. It would be expensive if it worked but it doesn't so it was a waste of money for me. I use No 7 serumand moisturiser and love them but this ia a failure.

Does NOT work!
1Where can I see the clinical trails for this product? I have applied the serum as directed for several weeks. There is no change whatsoever to the brown spots on my face. I should have read the reviews before buying. Very disappointing and total waste of £38. This product does not work!

Very disappointing!
1I bought this after it was recommended by the No7 lady in store, she said they had lots of positive customer feedback on how good the product is. As I have several dark sun/age spots on my face I thought I'd try it, but after using as directed I can see no difference at all. The applicator is not brilliant, it is difficult to avoid getting the product onto surrounding skin, I found the product seemed to 'split' having a watery liquid coming out first & it felt very sticky once it was applied/dried.... Sorry Boots, but as a loyal customer of your No7 range of products this one falls well short. I would definitely NOT buy it again.

Waste of money
1I purchased this after reading the great reviews for 3 small dark spots on my face. I did take photos of before and after almost 3 months of use and I can honestly say it has made no difference. I followed the instuctions and waited for it to dry ( mine has a sticky consistency) I did used my microdermabrasion machine as well as always using SPF 30 moisturiser and it has made no difference. I am not sure mine has any active ingrediency! I do think this is a complete waste of money.

NO RESULTS
1I have been using this serum religious since 6 weeks and just no results. not even a fraction. While purchasing the NO 7 beauty expert examined my face and recommended i go for it and yet 6 -7 weeks later no results. Waste of money and time, definitely not recommended

Total dissapointment!
1I was really pleased to see this new product from No7, as it was just what I've been looking for. I was surprised at the price being £38, but trusted Boots reputation for their No 7 range, and bought it. I applied it every morning and every night on thoroughly cleaned skin, as per instructions. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! 10 weeks on and there is NO change to my 'dark spots'. I took a photo before and at intervals up to now. Not even the slightest fading! What a waste of my £'s. I have been a loyal user of Restore and Renew, together with the serum, but I'm going to try a cheaper brand now, as I'm seriously thinking I've been taken in by all the 'hype' surrounding No7 skincare products. I told the sales girl in Boots how disappointed I was and asked for a refund on the product. Sadly she advised me this 'wasn't Boots policy'.

Waste of money
1I bought this product recently and used it as directed. The formula separated constantly. After a number of weeks there was no improvement in dark spots.
