Disappointing
1This needs to be redesigned. There is little usable product and the tip breaks very easily. Returned first purchase to store was kindly given a replacement but that also broke. I would not recommend this product for that reason.

Took a while to get used to - but I love it!
5It has taken me a while to get used to this pencil but I actually now prefer it to a traditional pencil - you just have to get used to how to hold it for the best result. The only down side is that you do have to remember to wind it back into the barrel before you put the lid on - I have put the lid back on in a hurry a couple of times and snapped the top off which is a bit frustrating. But otherwise, worth persevering if you're finding it a struggle!

Poor value for money
1As previous reviews I have used the previous No. 7 eyebrow pencil for years and have always found it to be a good product. The new design looks impressive but is very disappointing to use. The colour brown is too light and requires too much pressure even for a natural look. There is VERY LITTLE actual product in the device and it doesn't last anywhere near the time the traditional pencil did. I will definitely not be purchasing this again, it is very poor value for money and I do not enjoy using it. There are better alternative products available.

Some good features
3Although this product goes onto your eyebrows nicely and is a lovely colour, it runs out very fast and has snapped twice. I feel it is bit too expensive for these features and should bring back the original pencil which lasted such a long time.

Some good points some not so good
3I've used No7 blonde eyebrow pencil for years so when I went to buy one in July I was a bit dubious that the pencil had changed. The assistant reassured me the changes were definitely for the better and now application would be a lot smoother and natural and colour less orange than before. She was right, the colour is far better and the application is really smooth and natural looking. However the old pencil, being used every day sometimes twice, would last me aprox 6 months if not longer. I started using this at the beginning of August and it has pretty much ran out come the mid September. Shocking in my opinion when its same price, if maybe not a little more.

Disappointment
1After using the No.7 eyebrow pencil and it lasting a good few months I was gutted when they stopped selling it and replaced it with this one. I decided to give this one ago which was going fine until it broke for no reason after 4 weeks. I decided to give it another go and this one has only lasted two weeks. I will not be purchasing this product again and will have to move onto another make up brand to find a similar brown eyebrow pencil.

Very disappointing.
1At last found the correct colour for me but the first one bought didn't last more than 2 weeks (used app. 5 times a week). Went back to store and got a free replacement - great. Again only lasted 2 weeks. Surely this can't be right!! Am now on the hunt for a different eyebrow pencil.

Eyebrow sculpture pencil
1What a waste of money. Looks ok when you put it on. Look again in 1 hour or more and I have black dots all over top of my cheek and around eye, very embarrassing. Would return but don't have receipt. Now have to spend more money on another one!!

What a load of rubbish!
1Bought this last week as recommended by No7 assistant. I found the pencil clumpy, you have to use the brush to get rid on the clumpy look, which took most of the pencil off. The pencil itself breaks easily. Went to use it today, broke as soon as applied to eyebrow, went to twist the,pencil up only to find it all used. What a load of rubbish! Definitely won't be recommending this product. Only gave it 1 star because I had to.
