Worst brow product I have ever used!
1Bought yesterday my CYO brow pen had run out. Hate everything about this product! P.s absolutely love the dark brown cyo product, I have very sparse brows so was expecting big things from boots own premium makeup range. Colour: washed out mahogany, who has brows this colour? Texture: faint, waxy and hardly any colour Staying power: none! Was gone by the time I finished the school run. Would love to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. Complete waste of £9

Affordable Brow Game Changer
5I’ve bought so many brow products & found this beauty which I was introduced to in a boots store. At first I thought It was to stiff to use and could hardly get anything from it but was told to try rubbing it on palm of hand which warms it up for 2 seconds, fills my brows in lovely and lasts all day! I now always get compliments for my brows and saves me so much money from using the benefit products which are 3 times more expensive! To anyone finding the product dry defo try the hand palm method first before using on face, should only have to do it once. I use the colour brown which isn’t too red toned nor to dark!

Soft, natural colour - great pencil
5I struggled to find a grey eyebrow pencil at all (!) but this one works beautifully. Just apply it in light, short strokes with the tip held horizontally and the colour builds up and looks really natural.

Disappointing.
1The lead fell out of the tube that acts as the pencil the first time I used it. Although I put it back it doesn’t stay in. I bought it to draw on eyebrows as mine have thinned due to medical treatments but I couldn’t draw lines with this as it doesn’t have a point, just seems to smudge. Also a lot of plastic at either end so I don’t think it can be eco friendly.

Poor quality
1I bought this recently and unfortunately the ''pencil' keeps breaking off, with difficult to find bits. This is even though I used it very gently. Very disappointing purchase.

too hard
1Love the colour but unfortunately much too hard and the colour does not seem to come onto skin. Disappointed usually love No7 but not this time, real shame as grey is a very difficult shade to come by.

Can't get the sellotape off
2There is sellotape at both ends which is extremely difficult to remove without either some kind of specialist equipment or splitting your nails (unless you have very strong nails). The product is good (as I've used it before). But not much use if you can't open it.... Irritating that manufacturers don't seem to use their own products (otherwise they would identify issues that put consumers off). Life is too short to spend 15 mins trying to open an eyebrow pencil!

Doesn’t work
1Bought this over a month ago and it wasn’t a good purchase. I can’t get the pencil to make a mark on my brow without pressing very hard and, even then, it’s not very effective.

Pretty average considering the price
3As someone who over plucked her brows in the 90s, I am always searching for the holy grail - the perfect eyebrow pencil. I love gel pens for faking individual hairs but they are hard to find these days. My local Boots only had this pencil to offer. Luckily I had a voucher, so it wasn't the full price - which it certainly isn't worth. It's soft to apply but too 'blocky' for my taste and seems to fade away quite quickly once on, so I have to reapply. I won't be buying again. The brush is quite handy though. Which is the most I can say about it!
