Perfect colour
5Searched high & low for a lighter grey pencil, so many are too dark & look false on sparse brows, this works! Would like to see a matching brow gel though as the combination would really help give me some natural looking brows back.

Worst eyebrow pencil I’ve ever used!
1I found the same problem as another reviewer..... the first 1/8th of an inch was already broken off, and if it’s only around an inch in total......??! Worse still...... I can’t get any colour to come off onto my skin..... either eyebrow OR back of hand! To get any colour I’d have to press SO hard it would undoubtedly break! I chastised myself at the time for overspending on this item....... but I as I’ve recently ‘embraced the grey’...... I wanted a colour to tone WITH my hair, not clash with it! Browns don’t work, and blacks are too harsh....... seems very few companies do a grey pencil.

Great colour
3This pencil is a great colour match and lasts a good part of the day without needing a touch up. However, i do find it can be prone to snapping quite easily.

Good pencil but it falls apart
3The actual colour is good although rubs off easily. But this is the 2nd one I've bought and the lids break after a week and the brush snaps off

Natural Shaped Pencil
4I have been using this eyebrow pencil for the last year or so and think it is great. You twist the pencil for more to come out and it gently applies to your skin. I do find that it applies quite gently but I'm happy with that because I can build up the colour, rather than having to wipe some off. I find that it lasts quite a while, unless you drop the whole thing and the pencil comes flying out which has happened on occasion :( I usually buy this when no7 are doing a 3 for 2 deal which makes them quite good value.

Beautiful grey but that’s about all
3It’s so difficult to find grey eyebrow makeup! Most products are either too dark or too red. This one is just the right colour but, unfortunately, it’s quite difficult to use because it’s very hard. If you extend it too far, it will break. Conversely, it twists around very easily and becomes too short. However, I have to keep buying it because of the dearth of grey eye pencils. It’s quite cheap I suppose, though it doesn’t last long at all. There’s a big gap in the market here, lots of us silver-haired women need a more subtle colour for our eyebrows - PLEASE.

Zero payoff
1The pencil is rock hard and makes no marks at all on the skin. I tried heating it up. Not much improvement, and it's really small. Waste of money.

Too hard
1I have been using Rimmel for years but chose this for a change. It’s awful, far too hard so doesn’t actually do anything. I tried softening it up on back of my hand and even then could barely get any colour.

Easy to use
4The brush is so soft to use making it gentle on your skin if your brushing out the product to make it more natural, the colour of the pencil gives you a natural coloured brow

Disappointing
2Such a tiny crayon for the money. Several attempts to use it but gave up. Total waste of money and it wasn't cheap.
