Worst mascara ever
1Boots.com review Not only does it not live up to its own claims of having the effect of a lash lift, but it smudges terribly. Embarrassingly enough, my first time trying this was a work day and I didn’t realise how terrible I looked until lunch time. Avoid this mascara at all costs! Seeing how spectacularly this failed I now have little faith in No7 products, and will stick to other brands in future.

Not fit for purpose
1Boots.com review I have returned this mascara. As advised l spoke to the assistant who informed me that the majority have been returned. I asked why they haven't taken the product off the shelf, apparently it's not smudging for everyone but they are changing the formula. These automated replies are very unprofessional. Not everyone will have time or the inclination to return it. It should be removed from the shelves!!

Would give zero stars if I could! Simply awful.
1Boots.com review Absolutely the worst mascara I have ever tried. Was recommended this instead as an alternative to my usual No7 mascara.. The brush is SO hard and scratchy it's a really unpleasant sensation when applying. Within a couple of hours I have panda eyes. Dreadful product. Really annoyed as a complete waste of money.

Panda eyes
1Boots.com review I bought this a week ago. I'd hoped to find an every day mascara to wear for work. By mid morning l looked like a panda bear, this look lasted all day until there was none left on my lashes. I'm going to attempt to return it today.

1Boots.com review Worst mascara Boots have made. Like another reviewer I got one for myself and my daughter. It smudges and we ended up with panda eyes after a couple of hours wear. Poor product.

Waste of money
1Boots.com review I don’t normally write a review but I just wanted to stop other people from wasting their money. Both myself and daughter brought this product at the same time and both agree it’s very poor. Both had black smudges under our eyes within a couple of hours.

Great look but smudges terribly
1Boots.com review It’s such a shame as this mascara has great potential! It’s got a fabulous brush, goes on brilliantly & gives my lashes a fantastic look! I’ve had a few people asking what mascara I use! However, there’s something not quite right about it. It smudges terribly. It’s like it not dry or something. If u forget & rub my eye, it’s everywhere. Even just touching my lashes leaves me with black on my fingertips. I’ve thought about getting a clear mascara to cover it as I do like the look this mascara gives me. But I shouldn’t have to do that. No.7 - you really need to sort this formula out. It’s such a shame as it gives a great look.

Nice product - no clumping
