Disappointing
1Boots.com review Usually love No7 products, have been using them for over 20 years, but this mascara is pretty much unwearable. Black smudges under my eyes within 30 mins of applying to the point where I’ve had to just give up on it. Not the cheapest either, so a big waste of money. Really disappointed.

The worst mascara ever
1Boots.com review I had really high hopes that this mascara is going to be good. As it’s packaging is very simple and not really appealing but the things it promises to do with your lashes were exactly what I needed. But it didn’t do anything to my lashes. And even after hours of wearing the mascara-it’s still not dry! Smudges badly and made my eyes sore because I wear contact lenses and I feel like it got into my eyes and made them itchy. Would never ever buy it again.

Disappointed
1Boots.com review A bought this a couple of weeks ago along with all my skincare and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. From the minute I put it on it continued to smudge the first time I have ever had a problem with NO7 but it is definitely poor quality. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Not No7's usual quality Should be Zero Star Rated.
1Boots.com review I've bought No 7 forever but this mascara is terrible. It smudges badly and quickly - probably why Boots recommend a primer, and a Lash Perfector to set it. Doesn't even curl the lashes. Wish I'd read the other reviews before buying this.

Awful mascara.
1Boots.com review This is the worst mascara I have ever bought! Smudge panda eyes after an hour. Its absolutely awful. Have to carry a face wipe with me. Really dislike it.

Worst mascara
1Boots.com review Worst mascara I have ever bought. Looked great when first applied but I was left with black smudges under my eyes within a few hours- by the end of the day total panda eyes. Never had this happen before with any other mascara. Really annoyed because the girl recommended it to me as opposed to the one I normally buy. 100% would not recommend.

Worst mascara ever
1Boots.com review Not only does it not live up to its own claims of having the effect of a lash lift, but it smudges terribly. Embarrassingly enough, my first time trying this was a work day and I didn’t realise how terrible I looked until lunch time. Avoid this mascara at all costs! Seeing how spectacularly this failed I now have little faith in No7 products, and will stick to other brands in future.

Not fit for purpose
1Boots.com review I have returned this mascara. As advised l spoke to the assistant who informed me that the majority have been returned. I asked why they haven't taken the product off the shelf, apparently it's not smudging for everyone but they are changing the formula. These automated replies are very unprofessional. Not everyone will have time or the inclination to return it. It should be removed from the shelves!!
