Great Mascara
4I really like this mascara. It goes on really well and the stay put power is fantastic. The only negative is I need to use another wand to get my lashes in the required position. Easy to remove with a little make up remover or warm water. Highly recommended

Nice design but difficult to apply neatly
3I liked the gold tube (shiny shiny!) and I likes the small brush as I was able to reach all my lashes, usually I smidge when doing the corners of my eyes. However the texture of the mascara was clumpy and it didn't go on well. It wasn't very durable and didn't last the whole day.

Not a great consistency
2I found the consistency of the formula to be almost like a paste, it didn’t work well with the small brush and how the brush bristles have been constructed. I never got a great lash effect and even tried scraping some product off the brush. What was good about the product though was that it never smudged during the day and came off easily when cleansing, these are hard to get together. However due to the poor results I wouldn’t purchase.

Not my fave
2I like the packaging and the size of the tube but I'm not a fan of how short the bristles are which i think makes the mascara clump more. I actually don't mind the formula itself bceause when I use my own spooly it goes on much better.

Not that great
2The wand on this mascara is quite short and thin which I actually don’t mind as it helps reach the littlest hairs on my rather short and sparse lashes. However, the formula I must agree with other reviewers, is quite dry and clumpy. I usually like to build up the layers by letting it dry in between and apply another layer on top of the other for volume but found I couldn’t do it with this mascara as it would just flake and slip off the lashes. There have been much better mascaras by No. 7 before, so I’m a bit disappointed this time.

Flaky and dry
2I've never used a No. 7 mascara before so I was disappointed with this one. The £4 I use is much better. It was hard to get enough product on the brush to make a noticeable effect, took ages to build up the layers. It felt like mascara you scrape out of a tube when it's almost gone. Fine if you want separation but not if you want volume. I think they have priced the product too optimistically.

There has been better Mascaras from No7
1Packaging is great no plastic wrap like there use to be just a cardboard box to easily recycle. Design is simple yet a classic No7 look. Application wand is small and bristles are short, personally didn't do much to my eyelashes which is surprising as they normally don't need much to make them luscious and bold. Due to bristles being so short it was hard to seperate my lashes and a lot of clumping happened however this didn't last long as after an hour of wear the Mascara was so dry that it just kept flaking off my lashes. Simply ended up removing and wearing my usual Mascara.

Flaky and dry
1I usually like No 7 mascaras. This one delivers on subtle volume - which is good - but that's the only good thing. It's very dry, it flakes and is a devil to remove. In all honesty, I thought I'd received a dud tube because it was so dry - but many others are noting the same issue. With so many great mascaras on the market, I would just give this a miss.

Not the best mascara
3This mascara does not apply easily, and can be clumpy. It goes quite flaky and dry after a while once applied. It doesn’t give great coverage.

Not what I expected
2I liked the way it was applied. It looked even on my lashes and not clumpy. However, throughout the day I found that my lashes looked weighed down and kept finding black bits (like flakes) under my eyes.
