Difficult to remove
3I found it easy to apply and liked the look but just so difficult to remove! Tried the warm water on cotton wool as recommended - did nothing! Face wipes nothing. No7 eye makeup remover nothing. Shower. I was trying to pull the bits off that had clumped together. I was worried I would end up with no eye lashes. Can I get an exchange?

Terrible to remove
2I brought this when it was being promoted on offer in store and wish I hadn’t, it is so difficult to remove, it doesn’t come off with water as described

Very hard to apply
1I usually buy stay perfect mascara as I like the small brush. I decided to try this new version and I am not happy with it at all. It is so dry and clumpy - I find it so difficult to apply and I end up picking off the clumps!

clumps and clogs
1I bought this about 3 weeks ago because my local Boots don't stock my usual brand. It's terrible, thick and sticky, hard to apply and leaves my lashes with clumps. Very disappointed and will be returning to my usual unfailing (even though more expensive) brand

awful brush, difficult to remove but no smudges
2Having used the original stay perfect mascara for years, I was excited to see the ultra version as I would like a more dramatic effect and stay perfect ultra does allow you to build up more than the original, however the brush is too big and no where near as precise. I'm currently using the wand from the original to apply this. It lasts really well but takes a lot longer to remove with quite a lot of rubbing needed which isn't great for keeping your eyelashes. Change the brush and make it easier to remove and then the product would be perfect!

Awful
1I bought this after it was promoted to me in store and I wish I hadn't bothered. The brush is horrible to use and doesn't give even coverage. The product feels dry and the fibres are unpleasant. It hardly shows up and I've got no idea how it lasts 24 hours. I always use no7 intense which I think is the cheapest in the no7 range which is much better. I blame myself for not sticking with my tried and tested favourite!

Horrible Product Avoid
1OMG what can I say as a Big fan of the original Stay Perfect mascara which i have used for years I thought I would give this a go. What a mistake ! This stuff is dry to put on and doesn't build up at all I applied 4 coats and it only looked like one of the original. My test is to sleep in it when I got up the outer edges had crumbled off so not good with original they stay perfect (many a night out has proved this going to bed with makeup on). So trying to remove it, thought it would be a breeze like the original in the shower just sliding off with warm water NOT THE CASE, I got out of the shower with it still on but kinda clumped together then had to spend 10-15 minutes using hot water and cotton pads to get it off disaster ! PLEASE BOOTS DONT REPLACE THE ORIGINAL WITH THIS HORRIFIC PRODUCT. Only rated it 1 star as couldn't give it a zero.

Do not buy
1I bought this as 3 for 2 deal...I wish I picked something else. This is very dry and takes forever to remove..almost 3 times longer than normal mascara..it puts me off from using it.

Don't waste your money!!
1Bought this on an impulse, bad decision. It's the worst mascara I've ever used! Dry and clumpy when you finally get any on and then you lose a few eyelashes trying get remove it!

Not a good product
1I bought this about 2 weeks ago and have now thrown it away. Not a good product at all. It made my lashes feel very dry and brittle. It was very difficult to get a decent coat on my lashes. It also flaked terribly - not good with contact lenses.
