Perfect coverage and good for acne prone skin
5I have been looking for a foundation that is liquid and not oily, as other products I have used have been so greasy and oily and have caused breakouts! This foundation is amazing, doesn’t block your pores and is a very light foundation but also has great cover! also very good price.

great foundation but colour discontinued
4Love this foundation, having tried samples from just about every brand and every type, and recently found my ideal colour, calico, only to find now that it seems to be discontinued and I don't like other No7 foundations so will have to go back to another brand sadly

Great for older skin but my shade has now gone
5Post menopause and my skin started to dry out in places especially around the eyes , which emphasizes wrinkles more, so bought this in medium beige to counteract . My skin loves it and looks very natural and more importantly doesn't sit in the wrinkles when combined with the right primer. Went back several months later to get another one and was devastated that my colour wasn't there . The nearest I could find was warm ivory , but this is more a winter skin tone for me. Please please bring back all the range of colours - listen to your customers boots ! I tried another No7 product in warm beige but it was a touch too heavy even with minimal application and I'd like my favourite back .

Average, worth a go
3I've been using this foundation for a good while now and have really put it to the test. I have oily combination skin and like a light coverage foundation or tinted moisturiser to just even everything out that little bit for work and for going out. I don't like foundations that smother the skin and don't allow it to breathe, I like a demi-matte radiant finish without being dewy, and was attracted to this product for having claims to meet those requirements. Having claims of being suitable for both dry and oily skin and being at a decent price point I thought it be worth a try. This foundation is suitable for reactive normal skin as it should not break you out. It's very breathable and does have a good bit of staying power. I would not say this would stay on your face for 24 hours (who would do that anyways!... Yuck!) it's more of a solid 8 hour light wear foundation. The issue oily skin people may have is that 3-4 hours into wearing this foundation, it becomes clear that this foundation does not have any shine control element to it. You will need to blot and powder half way through the day to get rid of the very dewy shiny slick! It almost makes you produce more oil! Texturely this foundation is a bit confusing. Without the shine control element, it also annoyingly clings to areas where the texture of your skin is not quite smooth or you have dry patches, which would indicate that it's not suitable for drier types completely either. Although it does have a radiant glow, which drier skin types love. So it really is in this inbetween of only being partially suitable for any given skin type which is frustrating. It does sink into the skin, but some bits just sit on top and don't sink in completely. The best way to apply this foundation is to mix in your favourite moisturiser in with it and this will make is perform sooo much better! Oily skin types can choose a mattifying moisturiser and dry can either use a hydration moisturiser or put in 1-2 drops of the or favourite face oil. Oily skin types will still need to blot and powder half way through the day though...... Now for the packaging... In the lid of the packaging, there is a little spike, which blocks the well for the foundation so no product can escape. A twist cap locks it's all in place. This spike is soo flimsy and doesn't sit flush with the rest of the packaging. It gets bent and doesn't block the product well, creating leakage and a huge mess. Cheap, not well though out packaging I'm afraid.... Overall this formula will be great for normal skin which has no problems whatsoever. it will look super radiant and gorgeous. Anyone on either end of the normal spectrum.... There are better products out there.

Missing Shade
4I've been buying this product for a number of years for the pure fact that I don't feel like I'm wearing any foundation. It goes on smoothly and evens out the tones of my red skin. So WHY have you dropped the 'Soft Rose' shade?? I've only given 4 stars due my choice of colour no longer being available. Please put it back on the shelves.

Doesn’t travel well
3No problem with the foundation. Placed it in my bag when I went on holiday, the whole bottle had emptied as was upside down in the bag!!! No other product did this! Clearly lid and nozzle not able to be turned upside down or on its side!

Shades missing
5Excellent light foundation but Why has cool vanilla shade been dropped from your shade options? Lost another customer as it was a perfect match.

3I have used this in Deeply Beige for a long time now but am gutted that for some ridiculous reason they have stopped doing that colour. Why???? It is the best foundation ever for my skin but only Deeply Beige suits my complexion. You have lost another customer Boots, especially as Deeply Beige is available in other foundations. Why not this one?????

3Bought this a while ago, was okay for a while. It definitely gives you a natural look however after a few hours it starts to make your face shiney and oily.
