pretty poor
1I love this colour, temptress, but the nail varnish is really disappointing. It starts to dry too quickly, so you can't correct any mistakes without ending up a sticky mess. Plus the brush is much too chunky and doesn't help with neat application. Will not buy this type of nail polish again.

My top choice in nail polish brand - always use two coats though!
4This nail polish lasts for days without chipping, and I don't even use a top coat product, but I always use two coats of the polish. My favourite No.7 shade is damson dream. The finish is super shiny and looks far more expensive than what it is! I've had a number of compliments from customers where I work, about the nail polish, so people seem to notice it. The product doesn't seem to dry out very quickly in the bottle when not in use, which is good. Drying time on the nail isn't that quick, so not recommended if you're in a hurry to go out. But it has a durable finish instead.

Love this nail polish
5This is the only nail polish I use now, I can chip nail varnish without even moving but not this one! The colours are brilliant and it paints onto the nail really well, it drys fairly quickly and lasts for ages. I always get comments about how nice my nails look when I've used Number 7 nail varnish - Highly reccommend.

BEST NAIL POLISH EVER!
5I've got 3 no7 nail polishes in '370 disco nights' '180 highland mist' and '100 damson dream'. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! There's such a wide range of colours to choose from so I chose these three colours randomly & they are just amazing! I got them all with a £5 off voucher so It only cost me £2 each! BARGAIN :D The colours are so nice, there's something to suit everyone's likes! The quality of the polish itself is amazing, my nail polish NEVER chips! The brush of this nail polish is out of this world! It applies onto my nail wonderfully and always picks up the right amount of polish! It has a great consistency & is long lasting! It has glossy finish to it when applied and feels really nice on the nail. I also love the nail polish bottles, they're beautiful!

Vivid Violet
5Vivid violet is my favourite No7 nail colour. It is the one I use when I have a manicure. It lasts well and doesn't chip. A bargain when the £5 off No7 vouchers are available.

Beautiful colours
4I bought this in Totally Teal and Grey Skies, both are gorgeous colours and long lasting. The only thing I didn't like much was the brush as it gathered too much nail polish and the layers ended up being quite thick on my nails. I find it a bit pricey for what it is but I bought them with a £5 voucher so they cost me only £2 each. The finish is very glossy, for this reason I recommend them.

Gorgeous colours, not great to apply
4I recently tried the 'Lucky Lilac' colour No7 nail varnish. The colour is really nice, but it goes on a bit thick and therefore takes ages to dry. It also doesn't stay on that long before it starts peeling off. Lovely coloured nail varnish, just be sure to get as thin a coat as possible!

No7 nail polish in 'Highland Mist'
4I got this nail polish in 'Highland Mist' and at £7 it is a little more than I would personally pay for nail polish but its a similar to price to many other high street make up brands, buts its only a bargain £2 with a No7 voucher! It lasts well, the consistency was nice and it was easy to apply as the brush is good. Dries evenly and fairly quickly.

great nail polish
5This is one of the best affordable nail polishes i have ever used. It goes on well, dries fast, and doesn't chip easily. The only problem I have with it is I recently bought the practically perfect one - in the bottle and on the colour chart on the website it looks nude which matched shoes I was wearing to a wedding. However, on nails it just looks like clear varnish. Otherwise, every polish i have bought in no7 is excellent!

Hard wearing, great colours and easy application
5I was quite surprised to find this getting such a low average rating. I have a large collection of colours from this range as I often buy them with the £5 off No7 vouchers. I have never enjoyed applying nail colours over the years. I have often thought of them as a waste of time, literally! However, two coats of this product and it's usually completely dry within 40 minutes. Forget all these promises of 60 seconds, most take a good hour to become hardened off. The colours are often very bright and vibrant with a high shine. As well as this, it applies very smoothly, spreading out nice and evenly. A very slight downside is that the brush doesn't reach much beyond halfway down the bottle. As for the chip factor, I have put this to the ultimate test! I am a male to female transsexual and decided to go full time as a woman to wear this in the sawmills that I work at. OK, that's an exaggeration, I was changing gender anyway, but I have worn this all week (with gloves on) whilst handling lumps of timber and it hardly chips at all. 7 days wear is achievable and still looking lovely and glossy at the end of it.
