Formula changed and now substandard
1I used to be an avid fan of this eyeliner in the black shade, it used to glide on like silk and was very easy to apply, had staying power, gave a nice line and looked amazing. I purchased it recently and the formula has obviously changed. I have managed to waste half the pencil just by sharpening it as it keeps breaking (the sharpener is brilliant on all my other pencils so its not the sharpener), it pulls your skin when applying so it does not leave a nice straight line and you have to go over the line a few times to get it to show nicely. Also the smudger broke off way too easily and it did not do previously. I have since bought the Barry M Bold Waterproof Eyeliner in gunmetal and it is AMAZING and does what this pencil used to do at half the price.

Lovely
5Beautiful product. I bought a couple of colours. I initially found the green/khaki one difficult to apply, but discovered that if I applied it to a lightly moisturised eyelid it went on smoothly. I then add powder & it stays put all day.

A bit disappointed
2Sadly I would not buy this eyeliner again and have thrown it away before it is finished. The reason being, I found it quite hard to get a narrow tip on the crayon so the line was always too thick for what I wanted. The smudger doesn't really do anything. The colour is nice (blackest which is a dark grey metallic) but I just couldn't get on with the applicator. It was also took several days to get it fully removed despite a variety of cleansers.

The best Metallic Pencil
5This is a brilliant pencil, I absolutely love how when drawing onto my eye, it lines very smoothly & smudges for a lovely effect with the soft sponge which is on the other end of the pencil. I like it so much - I'm buying another. Thank you Boots No7

Subtle but effective
5I've been using this particular eye liner for a while now and really like it as its not too harsh, and easy to apply. Impressive the camouflage colour to black as its not so harsh or ageing.

No7 metallic pencil -purple
1I have purchases this product many times . However when I received this one it looked like half of it had been used , maybe as a demo piece. It was almost flat and not much pencil left I it . Very disappointing. I would not order this in line again in case the same thing happens

Superb colour and easy to apply
4Don't use eyeliner very often as usually hard to apply. Found this smoother to apply and the colour is great. Looks good when on and definitely makes a difference. Would recommend this product.

Wonderful pencil
5This is more than a pencil -it glides on so smoothly. I only use it on my upper eyelid. Sometimes I use the smudger, sometimes I don`t. Excellent product, I wish I`d found it sooner. It is easier to use than a conventional `pencil`.
