No7 Stay Perfect Mascara
5One word - Fab-U-lous I love mascaras - I have long lashes but they're straight so unless I curl them and add mascara they are practically invisible. But unfortunately I work long hours and after about 8 hours my normal mascara has smudged under my eyes. I also wear contract lenses so need something gentle but long wearing... This actually meets that criteria. I apply it at 6:30 in the morning and by 8pm I have NO smudges, NO flaking and NO irritation! It really does last all day long. I don't even need to add any primer or waterproof cover to keep it in place. It holds the curl pretty well too after using an eyelash curler. My only (very minor) complaint is that I have found it difficult to remove. I have tried warm water (as recommended on the box) but find waterproof mascara remover works the best. It must contain fibres to make it so strong so it doesn't just wipe off but sort of flakes off. If you wear contacts like me make sure you remove them before trying to take this mascara off or you might end up with little particles in your eye! However that is the price for longevity. It is still five stars to me and I use it every day without needing to keep eye makeup remover pads on standby! Well done No.7

4I have been using this mascara for the last couple of weeks. It is a good mascara but not the best one. It gives a natural volume and length. This won't give you false lash look. It lasts all day which is a plus and is not hard to remove. I would recommend it despite the above.

Great waterproof mascara, love the wand shape.
3This product, as it claims to be, is reasonably effective as a waterproof mascara. However I have used better ones for a cheaper price, and it does tend to clump if more than one layer is applied. I like to use one coat of this over the top of another mascara. The wand shape is great, it doesn't allow too much product to gather on it and it evenly fans out the lashes. If you have very straight lashes I would suggest curling them first as the consistency is quite heavy and therefore pulls down the natural curl of the lashes anyway.

Little black magic
5Wow, no idea how this product works but it does! The claim its smudge proof it so is! Being a contact lens wearer mascara often annoys as it flakes and you then rub eyes causing running. No more! It can rain, you can have a shower and it doesn't come off till you get the magic hot water and cotton wool pad then it vanishes off..Great product. Highly recommend trying.

This mascara was disappointing.
3I was persuaded to buy this product instead of my usual Intense Volume by No 7 . I have followed the instructions for removing but I find it is not easily removed and flakes come off instead. Being a pensioner I have to be careful with my budget, I wish I had stayed with Intense Volume!

I don't even want to give it 1 star...its worse than that!
1the most useless mascara on the planet 2 b quite honest, the only thing it does that it says it will do is it washoff with water. even then it makes a horrible mess of black pieces all over your face. it clumps up on your lashes and its really runny and wet. RUBBISH do NOT waste your money, you will be seriously disappointed.

Simply the best daytime mascara I've ever used!
5I've been after a decent daytime mascara for ages which doesn't smudge/disappear during the day and isn't too heavy (I don't need massive eyelashes during the day). Then I found this and it really is the best mascara I've ever used. So unlike anything else I've tried, particularly when removing it. Whereas normally it can be tricky to take mascara off and you find some under your eyes in the morning, this even comes off when just washing your face at the sink. Nothing special needed - just a bit of wiping with a flannel and it 'flakes' off. Fantastic product - so pleased I found it!

No more panda eyes!
5This mascara is different to any one I've ever tried (which runs in to double figures) and I am so impressed. I was concerned that it wouldn't give my lashes enough oomph and would be just a 'daytime' mascara however I popped on a couple of coats and was satisfied with the result. It really thickened and lengthened my lashes. It really is flake proof and smudge proof and I put it to the test by watching Four Weddings and it is tear proof! (Not telling if it was tears of laughter or emotion) To really test it I also went to bed with it still on and amazingly my lashes still looked good in the morning, no panda eyes! I couldn't quite understand how it worked and decided to remove it in the shower by gently massaging my eyes and then the secret was revealed! It came off in little plastic like tubes. The great bonus of this is that because my lashes were incased instead of coated, when the plastic tubes came off my lashes felt so soft and undamaged. Usually when I use mascara when I remove it my lashes still feel brittle and damaged and I also find that when wearing it I get flaking, clumping and general panda eyes! I also wear contact lenses and it did not cause any sensitivity. I would highly recommend this mascara.

Great product
5This mascara is fabulous as a waterproof, resilient product. For extra long and thick lashes it'snot so great though. However, what I found after a few goes was that if I wanted to apply more than one coat to make lashes appear thicker I needed to do it quickly as the mascara dries really quickly onto the lashes. It really doesn't budge either. Tears, sweat, rubbing, sleeping - none of these made the product smudge. Removal is easy and painless using warm water.

Won't rub off
4I liked the fact that this mascara did not have a very strong (and off-putting) smell and that it glided on effortlessly, but without creating clumps. I also liked the fact that it didn’t irritate my eyes. However, as my lashes are naturally dark, it took more than one coat of mascara to give them any volume and I wasn’t that impressed with the brush. (It’s excellent from the point of view that it doesn’t have long bristles, so it’s harder to poke yourself in the eye, but I don’t like how it delivers the product onto the eye-lashes. Longer brushes seem to spread the product along the lashes better and are better at removing excess product off the lashes). I also had trouble with removing the mascara. I didn’t use water so hot that it’d burn my eyelids, but warm enough that it should remove the mascara easily, but it wouldn’t come off “nicely”. (It came off easily, but in little pieces that stuck to my skin, so I ended up chasing them all over my eye lids to get them off, which tugged on the delicate skin around the eyes a bit). On the plus side, it didn’t come off when I accidentally rubbed my eyes.
