Not for me
1This mascara is very think and flaky. However it always irritates my eyes, it makes them water for ages after putting it on and is almost impossible to get off without irritating my eyes further. I always use no 7 but I think I need a different mascara.

So disappointed
1With this mascara. I wanted to replace the mascara from a well known (more expensive) brand that I have been using for several months (I don’t wear it every day)! This mascara is flaky and the brush clogged within a few uses. I will stick to the expensive brand, cheaper in the long run!

Very flaky
1Mascara easy to apply however it "glued" my lashes together and became very flaky. The bits ended up in my eyes causing irritation and dryness. Worse mascara I've bought.

amazing
5Best mascara I have ever used. Rarely write reviews but this is too good not to. Does not smudge, washes off with water alone. Impossible to get panda eyes. Makes eyelashes look longer and stays better than most mascaras I’ve used. Really the only thing is that it flakes a little but it’s super easy to just brush these off from under your eyes and they leave absolutely no marks unlike other mascaras. Somehow the mascara only sticks to your lashes but not your skin.

5I love this mascara gives a good lash, taking it off is so easy warm water on a pad press for a few seconds wipe it comes off In little tubes no more Panda eye!!

The worst mascara ever
1This mascara barely builds up the lashes. It won't come off with eye-makeup remover, so much so I'd to check it wasn't waterproof. I with I could get my £13.50 back.

best mascara ever
5I bought it without having a clue about the brilliant idea that it takes just water to wash off the product, which it's a big relief for me, no more rubbing, especially around the delicate eyes area. Incredible mascara that stays perfect all day long no matter what. Really recommended

Makes your lashes look spindly, hard to remove
1Have tried a few No7 mascaras over the years and decided to give this one a go as the qand was similar to one I had liked before but this formula is a nightmare! It makes your lashes lose volume and look spindly, then when it comes time to take it off it comes off in bits, requires lots of rubbing even with an oil cleanser and still never feels like it's been fully removed.

Finally a mascara that lasts the day.
5For years I have been struggling to find a mascara that doesn't leave black lid marks or flakes under my eye. I was recommended some 'tubing' mascara's including this one, which has given me back the confidence of not having to worry about panda eyes, and I forget I have it on. The best bit is it is removed with warm water! It's perfect for every day wear, however I would say it doesn't layer very well so if you are after a bolder lash, maybe for an evening look then try something like Sky high mascara by Maybelline. I have been able to recommend it to lots of friends and family who were also struggling, and they are all really happy too.

Excellent for panda eye mascara prone people
5This is brilliant for me as I can now wear mascara again. ‘Normal’ mascaras gave me panda eyes. Don’t buy if you are looking for voluminous lashes and all the usual mascara jargon that is advertised. This mascara is different to that and suits my mascara needs to a tee. I cleanse my face at the end of the day with cleanser and a hot flannel and it comes off with ease.
