Do not buy!
1This mascara is terrible! It is basically like using black eyelash glue on your lashes. It not only flakes, but worse takes the whole lash away with it. Leaving you with little tubes of black all over your cheek, with your lash still inside. It's also terrible for building up - one layer goes on, usually OK, but if you try to do a second it will clump up terribly. I rarely throw a rubbish product out, I usually finish it and then never buy again. But I've had to throw this away.

Great product
5Read the reviews before buying as have problems with mascara smudging under eyes (wear contact lenses) but can say this does exactly what they say. Can wear on bottom lashes and stays there all day even through a gym session.

Fantastic product.
5I would not usually use a waterproof mascara due to the difficulty in removing it. However, since buying this mascara I would never return to a non waterproof one. This mascara is so easy to remove by just pressing a warm cloth/cotton wool over the lids. Unlike, other mascaras (waterproof and non) nothing remains to be removed with toner. Give good coverage. However, it seems to run out quite quickly. I do use it every day!

4Not much volume unless used over another mascara but it stays in place without smudging or washing. It's very easy to remove when you want to.

Terrible Mascara
1I wish I had read the reviews before buying this mascara as I agree it is the worst mascara I have bought. My local Boots could not order my usual mascara as it was out of stock. My eyes are fairly sensitive and I prefer a wand for easy application. The No 7 rep persuaded me to try this mascara and I've used it once. The mascara is thick and nasty and difficult to both put on and remove. An expensive mistake and I shall be wary of using No7 again.

So disappointed
1I haven't used No 7 mascara before and was sold on the variety on display in my local store to replace a waterproof Mac mascara which had turned clumpy and was flaking off. This sounded like exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I agree with many of the other reviewers. The substance is very strange indeed. It's impossible to go over lashes a second time as the brush sticks to them and then clumps lashes together, so it's impossible to create volume.Removal works fine but is messy as the fibres that slide off your lashes stick to your face as much as the cotton wool. I also found fibres had flaked off around my eyes after a shower. It's only suitable for me to wear to work. All in all this is not a very good product and does not perform as claimed. Very disappointed and will not be trying another No 7 mascara to replace it!

Best Mascara Ever!!!
5After reading so many poor reviews, I felt it necessary to give this product a thumbs up. Brilliant for everyday wear, or build it up for full on evening glam, this mascara won't budge, something I cannot say to be true of any other mascara ever...all the ones I've tried at least. Removal is qucik and simple, i have become quite the pro at removal, so I don't bother to use anything but warm water and my fingers...just rinse with warm ater or a ew secconds, then gently pull along the length of your eyelashes and it will come away into your fingers, it's not the recomended way, but it is the way that has worked best for me, you may notice the odd lash come away, but nothing more than natural shedding...remember, you loose on average 100 hairs rom your head a day, eyelashes do a similar thing (not loosing 100 obvs, that would leave youwith bald eyes!) I have been using this product for over a year and a half, with no problems, the effect is superb and I can't stress enough, this product doesn't only work, it knocks the socks off the competition....no more panda eyes for me. Note to Boots: Please don't ever change the formula of your product, it works perfectly, holds up as long as you do and removal is a dream.

This mascara does exactly what it promises
5If you like a mascara with staying power and the reassurance that it will last without flaking or smudging.Which means you can be confident all day or night and will only have to check your make up to reapply lipstick! Comes off by gently rubbing the area with warm water and cotton wool or for example I get away with applying a little cleanser a couple of times then toner on cotton wool in the simple range.Again rubbing gently but do not copy as you should research these products can be used on your eyes also check that it does not irritate you personally. The mascara is a little messy when removing it as it comes off in small clumps.So worth it for a mascara that will stay perfect.

I love this product
5For me I love this! I have really long lashes and it seems to coat the lashes and gives them volume. It lasts all day with no panda eyes. Washing it off is s bit of a pain but I soak my lashes with warm water and it comes off in clumps. I've found I can sleep in it and it still looks good next day. I use it every day and I'm on to my 3rd one, won't go back to usual mascara now

2This mascara is terrible and a complete waste of money! It totally does stay all day but it also stays all night and the night after that! I use oil to remove my makeup as it removes everything however when I went to remove this mascara it stuck to the lashes almost with like a plastic coating and ended up pulling of a few lashes with the removal it still was not removed till three days later and a lot of scrubbing! DO NOT USE THIS MASCARA!
