Best mascara
5This is the best mascara I have found! My eyes are very watery and find other mascara run at the corner of my eyes and gives me the panda eyes!! This mascara doesn't and does exactly what is says on the tin!! "Stay perfect" so easy to come off too. No panda eyes! I don't grudge the £13 for it one bit and I think it is worth every penny!

Perfect product
5It's taken me to get to 64yrs old to find the perfect mascara , a natural look no blobs etc. no special product to buy to remove it lasts all day survives two long dog walks in very windy conditions which normally would leave me with hardly any mascara left and smudges under my eyes. Thank you boots

Very disappointed
1If I could return this product I would. This mascara made my lashes feel as though they were covered in hard plastic and as for removing with warm water - forget it. When eventually I was able to remove it a number of my lashes came with it, which as a 'more mature' person is the last thing I want. Needless to say I will not be using this mascara again and would not award any stars reviewing it if the site would allow, which it doesn't.

Fantastic stay all day mascara
5I suffer with runny eyes & have waited years to find a stay put mascara that doesn't splodge or run. This is fantastic ! Stats put all day until I wash of with a warm flannel

One that actually stays put!
5This really does not smudge. At all. Ever. Until you use warm water and a flannel/cotton wool to remove it. I can't believe that I have finally found a mascara that doesn't give me panda eyes and that I don't have to reapply or keep wiping away from under my eyes. I have wasted so much money on trying many types of waterproof ones from all the brands big and small. This really does work and I am a convert. My only gripe is that the brush is not the best. A bigger one with more bristles would give a more even and full finish. Having said that 2 coats and an eyelash curl are perfect.

Pleasantly impressed
4I bought this on a whim one day as it promised everything I was after in a mascara. Then I read the reviews and reckoned I'd bought a dud. However, I've used it for a couple of weeks now and am impressed. It's not a mascara to build volume with as it's almost impossible to recoat lashes without it becoming clumpy. But a careful and thorough first coat leaves lashes largely separated and it lasts all day with no smudging or flaking. Removing is easy - I used a butter balm based cleanser, melt it into lashes and gently wipe away with a hot cloth. The little tubes of mascara come away easily. I've not suffered any eyelash loss others say they have (I wonder if the actually see the tubes and mistake them for eyelashes) So, not a night time glam mascara, but a great day to day work/subtle mascara.

Great product but not great value for money
5I used to wear this mascara every day for school and it never smudged even when I slept with it on. It only comes off in water if it's hot. Tear proof as well. But it is quite expensive, that's the only thing that stops me from regularly repurchasing it

A bit disappointing
2Dries quickly and is quite 'crispy', very difficult to put on a second coat.

Good at first but disappointed
2I bought this last week as I needed a decent waterproof mascara and I've been using it for the past three days. Positive points: I found it pretty easy to apply and didn't look clumpy as long as you apply quickly as it dries fast. It is definitely waterproof and tear proof - Not a smudge in sight after a full day's use. Really easy to remove - Just a warm cotton pad and completely comes off after about 30 seconds of soaking. The negatives: I didn't find you could really do more than one coat or it did look clumpy, so best for a day look, not a going out look. I found that after gently soaking off, I would lose several eyelashes each time I removed it, much more than any other mascara I've ever used. Because of this, I'm not going to use this again as I really feel that I'll end up with hardly any lashes in a couple of weeks. This is possibly a personal reaction and may not affect other people, but really lowers th product score for me. I'll stick to the other No7 mascaras and the search will continue for the perfect waterproof one....

Foolproof Way to Remove this Mascara!
4For everyone who uses this mascara...... the easiest and most efficient method of removal is to soak two cotton pads with warm water and leave over closed eyes for 30 seconds then gently press on pad and sweep away from inner to outer eye and all mascara will be on cotton pad. (No Eyelashes!!). For me this is the only mascara used on its own that does not smudge. If I want a more glamorous look I use a lash building mascara and then coat my lashes with Clarins double fix mascara which also works!..... but a little expensive. Hope this review is helpful.
