Brilliant
5Best mascara ever! Never smudges and you can get 2 days out of it , if you keep warm water away from your eyes. Easy to remove with warm water, been using this for 2 years now. Only problem is brush is small so takes a few mins to build it up, but lovely finish at the end :)

5Best mascara ever. No panda eyes. Great length and shape. Have tried every brand and this is the best.

Unusable
1I bought this from my local boots store yesterday. Am very disappointed. It’s pretty much unusable, as when applying it the lashes are covered in clogs, so just lumpy covered lashes which then bits fall off and scatter around the eyes. Not a good look. I will try to return this.

Best mascara for me, and I have tried a few!
5I have tried a lot of mascara's, expensive and cheap and ALL seem to smudge a little after a few hours and it drove me mad. This mascara does not do that at all and it is such a relief to have this and I will not be changing to another. This mascara is pretty easy to remove, just use a cotton pad rinsed with as warm water as you can handle and hold onto the lashes and slowly the mascara will just slide off.

Lovely on but HORRIBLE to take off
1I picked this up in my local Boots branch having always used other no. 7 mascaras without a problem. This one goes on lovely and really like the look but it is the most horrible product to take off. As other reviewers have said it clumps into fibres which end up all over your face and I even find some the following morning. Really not nice and outweighs the nice finish when wearing. I really hope Boots take notice of these reviews and adapt the formula.

Excellent staying power
5Tried different mascara brands over he years, all smudge on me. Not this one! I feel liberated! Lasts with great definition all day. Easy removal feels much kinder to my eyes.

Perfect Mascara
5I’ve been using this for a few years now. It’s not waterproof but it doesn’t smudge at all. Easy to apply, but more importantly so, so easy to remove. A bit of warm water on a cotton pad, hold on lashes for a few seconds & it gently wipes away. I love it

5Always rely on No 7. Great coverage. Not used for years but makes such a difference.

5I won’t use any other mascara. It doesn’t smudge at all and stays on the lashes. Yes, it’s different to other mascaras when taking it off but it’s so easy. I use a muslin cloth rinsed in warm water and it just wipes away. I’ve recommended it to friends and they love it too, especially for holidays.

Long lashes but only if they don't fall out!
1I got this mascara as a stocking filler for Christmas and started using it a few days ago. I've used No7 before and never had any issues. I was impressed at first, it looked like I was wearing extending false eyelashes but looked natural and really nice. The issue came when I took it off...I read the back and it said to use warm water with a cotton wool pad, which I did. It turned the mascara into a goo, which actually didn't bother me initially, it wasn't until I pulled apart the goo did I realise that it had taken some of my eyelashes with it. I thought I would try again and see if it was just a one off and attempted to remove the mascara in the shower instead, and the same thing happened. I noticed that even more eyelashes were coming out and that my my eyelashes were noticeably thinner and shorter than before using this product. The only positives are nice eyelashes when you put it on, but it won't be much good when you have no eyelashes left from removing the mascara!
