Disappointed!
2Bought this with a no 7 voucher, would normally spend a little less on mascara, but this seemed to tick all the boxes. I have very long, fair lashes so bought the black/brown. Lashes looked "glued together" and clumpy. May suit those with shorter eyelashes, but not for me. Going in the bin!

Good for length
4This mascara definitely does what it says on the tin! It stays on, doesnt go crispy or flake and is easy to remove. I washed my hair with this mascara on and it was still on when i finished. Only problem is that it doesnt build volume

Perfect Mascara
5Very efficient brush adds high volume to my lashes. My lashes look instant long and curl. And it is so easy to remove. I used to use eye mascara remover to make it clean. but now I just need some warm water to save money. I recommend this product!

A genuine innovation
5This is the first mascara I have ever had that is genuinely long lasting, because it does not smudge or come off easily. It is different from any other mascara I have tried before. The product dries in tubes on the eyelash, and only comes off with warm water. If I forget to remove it before going to bed, it looks exactly the same the next morning!! The only disadvantage is that if you are removing all make up from the face with a make-up remover, you need to separately wash this off with water, as make-up remover doesn't shift it. I will definitely buy this again.

The Best Mascara by Far
5Over the years I have been sick of having smudgy mascara leaving me with panda eyes after just a few hours of wear. I can't begin to type out all of the different brands I've tried, or calculate the money I've wasted on inferior products. Pros: I am totally amazed by this mascara. It's staying power is fantastic and it truly does stay put all day long (7am - 9pm). There is not a smudge, smear or flake at any point throughout the day. Super impressed. Cons: the wand is terrible. I would suggest you invest in some disposable wands with thick bristles so that you can almost paint from the original wand to the disposable one. You'll achieve a far more natural results that way (unless you like spider lashes, in which case use the wand it comes with).

Absolutely awful!
1I was politely recommended this mascara in store when trying to purchase my "Normal" mascara which is apparently discontinued. Having used this range for years this is by far the worse quality product I have ever encountered. Difficult to apply - horribly thin apology for an applicator - almost rubbery in texture and useless.. no definition- and horrendously hard to remove! bring back the previous range please!!

Horrible
1Sorry No7, I'm usually a fan...but this product is terrible. It's like PVA glue! Yes, it does stay put...but as other reviewers have said, it makes the lashes spidery and sticks them together. It adds very little volume or length and feels horrible. When you take it off, rather than dissolving, it comes off in strands, getting in your eyes and all over your face. Really not keen....will be returning it later today.

Long lasting with fabulous lashes!
4I really like this product, the applicator brush enables you to cover every lash. My lashes looked definitely longer and more defined. So look wise perfect! It is definitely smudgeproof/waterproof - that was a fantastic feature! I wore this product for my sister's wedding and it did not budge for the whole day and stays looking perfect (even when it was accidentally left on all night -oops!). Removal is slightly more of a hassle than other mascaras as you have to hold a cotton pad/flannel over the eye for 30 secs - I found 20 secs was long enough. It was a bit of a shock the first time I removed it as I though my eyelashes were falling out but it is just how the mascara comes away from your lashes - in lines as well as bits - so it is not your actual lashes falling out! I got used to this and found that the product actually comes away quite easily. To be honest for the sake of 20-30 secs to have a product that stays put is worth it! I will definitely keep using it and it definitely has a place in my makeup collection!

Lasts ALL day & removes easily!
4Brilliant mascara as far as lasting all day is concerned (Im up at 4am, after showering make up is applied approx 4.30am and I dont get ready for bed till 9/10pm and it stays perfectly in place!) Removal is SO easy I dont understand what some reviewers are doing wrong! To avoid wasting cotton pads I use warm water on a flannel and hold to my eyes for say 30 seconds and wipe away - and its gone - all gone! Slides of my lashes! Application is also fairly easy. The brush is not too large which is nice, and despite not being a fan of non bristle brushes I have surprised myself at how nicely I can apply the mascara. The mascara dries VERY quickly - there are cons and pros! The pro being that I can dry my fringe after application without my fringe knocking wet lashes onto my skin and causing black marks everywhere, and my lashes stay in position and dont get beaten back down to a boring straight finish. The con of course being that, as some reviewers have said, you cant really use layers to build up, and it really does need layers for an "impact" look. This is the nearest I have ever come to wanting to buy the same mascara again, it lasts so well and comes away so easily for a waterproof mascara, but the lack of impact after application is making me want to try another No7 mascara instead its a tough decision :-/

Wow - ticks all the boxes
5I've tried loads of waterproof mascaras over the years from the inexpensive to the expensive and this has to be the best one I've tried! I spent a week in Lanzarote and I only smudged it on the first day when I managed to get suncream on my eye lids by mistake. It stayed on every day, never smudged, flaked, rubbed off, or came off in the pool. I checked out the video first and you do only need to apply it once to the outer layer of the lashes. Unlike most waterproof mascaras it really did come off with warm water and cotton wool held on for 30 seconds and the mascara slid off with no panda eyes the next morning. Unlike some reviewers I didn't have to scrub my eyes to get it off, it didn't pull my lashes out and the coverage was great. I have even taken my make up off with a make up wipe and reapplied everything else and the mascara stayed put. What a brilliant product and thanks for making a brown/black mascara - I really don't like black mascara as I find it too harsh for my colouring. It does what it says on the tube - well done No 7! I've kept on using it since I came home as it has replaced my usual brand.
