A bit disappointing
2Dries quickly and is quite 'crispy', very difficult to put on a second coat.

Good at first but disappointed
2I bought this last week as I needed a decent waterproof mascara and I've been using it for the past three days. Positive points: I found it pretty easy to apply and didn't look clumpy as long as you apply quickly as it dries fast. It is definitely waterproof and tear proof - Not a smudge in sight after a full day's use. Really easy to remove - Just a warm cotton pad and completely comes off after about 30 seconds of soaking. The negatives: I didn't find you could really do more than one coat or it did look clumpy, so best for a day look, not a going out look. I found that after gently soaking off, I would lose several eyelashes each time I removed it, much more than any other mascara I've ever used. Because of this, I'm not going to use this again as I really feel that I'll end up with hardly any lashes in a couple of weeks. This is possibly a personal reaction and may not affect other people, but really lowers th product score for me. I'll stick to the other No7 mascaras and the search will continue for the perfect waterproof one....

Foolproof Way to Remove this Mascara!
4For everyone who uses this mascara...... the easiest and most efficient method of removal is to soak two cotton pads with warm water and leave over closed eyes for 30 seconds then gently press on pad and sweep away from inner to outer eye and all mascara will be on cotton pad. (No Eyelashes!!). For me this is the only mascara used on its own that does not smudge. If I want a more glamorous look I use a lash building mascara and then coat my lashes with Clarins double fix mascara which also works!..... but a little expensive. Hope this review is helpful.

Best mascara ever
5This is the best mascara I have ever tried, my eyes are really sensitive to oils in other mascaras and this one is great no sore eyes at all. As long as you follow the application and removal instructions properly it is so easy to apply and remove. Will definitely buy this again.

Perfect
5I have been using this product for many years. It has proved to be the only mascara that really does do what it 'says on the tin'. For some-one with sensitive eyes it is perfect.

Disappointing
1I LOVE No7 products but I'm really disappointed with this mascara, I have not doubt it is waterproof, sweat proof etc because it feels like coating your lashes in plastic, tried to put on second coat which is impossible as it sets hard, removing the product as instructed was ok, but lost quite a few lashes on day one. Wish I had stuck to my orginal No7 volume waterproof mascara, was hoping for more as this was more expensive.

Was disappointed with this product
1Unpleasant to apply and had a spiky feel. Was aware it was on , felt uncomfortable . Was like wearing glue. Once applied sets hard. I use a lot of your products and so felt safe buying this. Bought 2 unfortunately as was on offer. Not pleasant to take off either. Thumbs down for this product.

Better than MaxFactor
4Having always used MaxFactor masterpiece, I decided to try this one as it was on a 3 for 2 offer and got it with a couple of other No.7 products that I buy. I find that the No.7 lasts better than MaxFactor and doesn't leave the black residue at the end of the day that I got on my lower lashes with MaxFactor. It also coats your lashes better and quicker than the MaxFactor and actually its pretty much life proof as it says on the description, after using the MaxFactor for many years I was very quickly impressed by the No.7 one and I won't be going back.

Does exactly as the write up says
5I wear contact lenses so this is perfect for me. I also have sensitive skin so when it came to removing the mascara it was excellent. I didn't have to rub my eyes to get it off, all I had to do was get a cotton wool pad with warm water on it and gently hold it on my eyes. Wow if like magic it came off so easy. Yes I would definitely recommend buying it!

Very disapointed
1Extremely disappointing mascara. I have used a different No 7 mascara for years and assumed that this would do what it said. I found the application to be poor. It didn't enhance my eye lashes in any way and it certainly didn't stay put. A complete waste of money in my opinion.
