Not the usual no 7 standard
1Bought 2 of these in December. 1st one was in the bin in 4 weeks, lumpy, dry. Now using the second tube...its also going in the bin after 4 weeks.poor quality. A shame as i love no 7 skincare and foundation.

My new favourite
5When I first bought this I thought the way it came off was so weird and I wasn’t sure but now I wouldn’t go back. Stays in place all day and then doesn’t fight you or smudge all over your face when you come to take it off. Love it, would highly recommend.

The solution to my problem
4I have developed very sensitive eyes and am unable to use any kind of eye-make up remover for waterproof mascara. ( I need waterproof because my eyes often run.) This is brilliant for me because I can take it off with warm water. It never smudges or runs. Coverage isn't great. I don't feel glamorous in it but it's a definite improvement on bare blonde eyelashes.

Best tube wash off mascara
5I've tried all the big brand tube mascaras this in my view is the best. Reasonably priced and no panda eyes. The original slim wand separates the lashes and doesn't flake if applied correctly. A game changer for me. Clinique also good.

Not great
3Bought this as I’m usually happy with no 7 mascaras but it isn’t great it dries really quick and 2nd coats are impossible removal is not as easy as stated wouldn’t purchase again

Disappointed
1I have been using this mascara for over 7 years with no complaints , but the new “improved” version is very disappointing . I bought 3 as they were on offer , not realising that the changes would make it so poor . It clogs after the first dip of the new wand ( the old wand was so much better ) . It is very difficult to cover the bottom lashes because of the clogging . The old wand was thin enough to get the the shortest lashes . I will be looking for a new brand .

Maybe the worst mascara I have ever bought
1Very clumpy and dry from the beginning making it difficult to apply. Not sure whether this is due to thin brush or strange texture of the mascara itself. Its more like a waxy paste than a typical cream/paint mascara texture. This means rather than smudging or running in comes of in clumps - not a great to say the least.
