Should never have been changed
1Boots.com review: Colour is now orange and difficult to blend, patchy and different consistency to before. Gutted as this used to be perfect for me

Terrible, terrible rebrand
1Boots.com review: I previously used the 'No7 Beautifully Matte Light Foundation' for many years and needed another bottle to find that the packaging had changed - The Boots lady told me only the packaging had changed so I bought a bottle. However the actual formula has changed too and it is terrible! I am beyond annoyed as I loved this foundation, and now it's got an orange tone to it, it doesn't blend well and looks patchy on your face. Also the bottle itself isn't great, having a wand to either dap your face or hand with it... doesn't seem hygienic, plus you're pushing air into the bottle itself, potentially effecting the foundation liquid. I'm hoping after seeing so many bad reviews, (not surprised!) No7 might rethink their decision! I'm on a hunt to find another foundation now, so so disappointed at Boots! :((( And what a waste of money and product. Don't fix something that isn't broken.

Not happy with this new formula.
1Boots.com review: I've been using the old formula of this foundation for 11 months now, I really liked it. When I realised it had been reformulated I asked for a sample. I'm disappointed to say the least. I've got really sensitive skin, and this has caused my skin irritation. The coverage isn't as good and looks patchy towards the end of the day. I'm left trying to find another foundation. My skin is not happy.

1Boots.com review: This new product is awful, I’m gutted they have changed their foundations.. Nothing wrong with the old ones.. Since using this, around my eyes and nose have dried out and it’s more like burns on my face. Never had this in my life from any other foundation.. Boots stop cutting corners, bring back the old formulas with the old packaging… Please….

Not as original
1Boots.com review: I bought the deeply honey in this, as no longer available in the original Stay perfect SPF 15. It is not the same although advised in store it was. Very disappointed as it doesn’t blend as easy or with a nice finish

It’s not the same as it used to be
1Boots.com review: I bought this item in warm ivory last night, tried it this morning and I’m not impressed with it. No. 7 seem to no longer stock the ‘beautifully matte’ medium/full coverage anymore which I have used for I don’t know how many years - and it is just lovely. I’m so disappointed that this is no longer available if I had known it was being discontinued/ changed I would have stocked up. I had to resort to choosing this product, and it sits on the skin like a cheap brand of make up. I’m so sad… please bring back the other ones! Clearly from others reviews, I’m not the only one in this situation! I’m going to have to find a new brand of make up to use as this just doesn’t cut it :(

New formula is just awfull
1Boots.com review: If you think (as I did) that this is the same Stay perfect foundation that I did love and use for sooo many years, then no. NO, it is not. It is not reformulated to be better. It is NOT upgraded or made better. NO and NO. This is a very, very awful foundation that does not blend with your skin. It stays on the skin surface and is visible as much as possible. Skin does not look alive or glowing, no. Not anymore with this new formula. AVOID! And No7 creators - if you are reading this - please, PLEEEASE bring back the original foundation!!! I have tried and used soooooo many different foundations over the years as a makeup enthusiast, but in more than 8 years i have not found anything better. This WAS the perfect foundation with a staying power through 8 hour workday, leisure time AND a gym session - it still kept me looking better than any other foundation could. So please, bring back the old formula! And customers - avoid this new formula foundation at all costs, don't waste your money. If possible, buy the original one if it is still available.

Big Change to Product
3Boots.com review: I’ve used cool ivory for a long time and although some reviews say their colour has got darker I find cool ivory has got lighter and I actually prefer it! However, it’s definitely a thicker consistency since the spf increased to 30 and not as natural looking when applied. Definitely makes my skin look drier too. I don’t think this foundation has improved with the new formula which is a shame as I was really happy with the old one.

Poor product
1Boots.com review: When I purchased this product around a month ago,I was informed that the packaging had changed. However it’s not just the packaging that has changed,the actual foundation is very watery,and doesn’t apply very well at all,I’m very disappointed with this product,and will not be purchasing it again.

Works as well as the old one
5Boots.com review: After using the old product for a number of years I went into store to be colour matched to the new one. I find it lighter to put on but lasts longer and is more matt after wearing it all day whereas the old one got shiny. Helpfully there are at least 2 reviewers that have left a review without actually buying the product. This is as helpful as those on Amazon that think a product is 5 stars but have a poor delivery experience so rate it 1 star.
