Favourite product ruined!
1I've been using the truffle shadow for over twenty years - it was a fantastic product. I've seen it through several changes of packaging, but with the latest change Boots have altered the actual product - greatly for the worse. It is a different colour - a warm brown instead of a cool one, which doesn't suit me - and the product doesn't have the lasting power of the original. I have discarded it. Why change a winning formula and lose customers?

Web Page Errors
4It would be useful to have the colours matching the names on the web page - 'Truffle', for example, is not a turquoise colour as the chart suggests, but a shade of brown. That is not the only error as there are others which are incorrect. The product itself is well worth buying, especially with the current offer, but difficult to buy on line because of the colour discrepancies.

Great staying power
5Love this eye shadow - it looks completely natural and has great staying power. I do use No7 Stay Perfect Smoothing & Brightening Eye Base underneath so this probably helps.

Application brush
2Have used No7 eye shadows for many years but I haven't bought a replacement because I am hoping that you will return to having an applicator within the case.

excellent long lasting value for money
5i put this on at 8am and it is still on at 10pm when i have to take it off before bed. it does not move, i blend several shades it give lovely luminous coverage and is excellent value for money. i have paid 4 times the mount for a designer french shadow and this works as well if not better. excellent.

truffle
5truffle is a lovely colour it is a dark brown colour and is brilliant for applying in the crease i would recommend 100%
