Bring back the old one!
2I have to get No. 7 products because I react to everything else. But please please please bring back the original palette brightener and base. This isn't a patch on it.

Inferior product
1This is the replacement primer for the one which used to come in a mini compact presentation. This is an inferior product and a very bad replacement. It is much more difficult to apply and does not hold eye shadow for any length of time. Please bring back it's predessor immeadiately. I will not buy this product again

Awful
1I tried to buy my usual eyeshadow base to find it had been replaced by this. It doesn't work - eyeshadow slides off this thin, watery product. Very disappointed. Bring the old palette primer back, which was brilliant.

So disappointed
1I bought the new shadow primer as the original eye shadow base Boots used to stock is no longer available. Well I was really disappointed with it. Firstly my eye lids have reacted to it and are itchy (your original never did). Doesn't cover the eyelid either you can still see loads of blemishes so cannot just wear without any other eyeshadow ( which I used to occasionally do). It is not matt. When you get to a certain age you do not want to accentuate your wrinkles which a shimmer eyeshadow does. Will I be using it in the future NO. Sorry agree with loads of other people on the subject.

Terrible.
1Terrible product. There seems to be no possible way to mix the liquid in the tube so you get a horrible stream of oily liquid every time. A disappointing replacement for the original palette product which I had been using for years. Will not buy again. Time to find an alternative.

Bring back palette base
1Very disappointed to find the No7 product I have been buying for years has been discontinued. Why, when it is clearly a success with customers? The new product is inferior - difficult to apply and poor coverage. Do please bring back the old product otherwise customers will switch to another brand.

Disappointed
2Like other reviewers,I loved the original product in palette form,much better coverage and could be worn on its own as a great basic colour! Bring it back please! It’s replacement is thin and very pale,no benefit as far as I can determine!

Bring back palette primer
1Could not agree more with the other comments made about this product. It requires a lot of tube squeezing and shaking before the liquid turns from water to cream!!!! The previous palette brightening primer was excellent. Why change? I have also discovered the easy to use wand blusher has been discontinued. After years of using No 7 make up I will looking elsewhere in future.

DISAPPOINTING NEW PRODUCT
1As the previous eye shadow base had been discontinued I was assured that this product was much improved - very disappointed to say that it is very oily and runny when squeezed from the tube and does not work - eye shadow goes into lines. I did return it to my local Boots and they gave me a new one which is exactly the same! Fortunately I still have one of the original bases, which works perfectly well. Why change something that has been goodl for years?

waste of money
1I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I could no longer find the L'Oreal eye primer pencil. What a complete waste of money. Watery liquid which you can't even rub in or allow to dry - it just seems to disappear. Eyeshadow over the top not only doesn't last any longer - it doesn't even want to go on at all!!! You really are better off without it!
