Disapointed
1No 7 has recently changed their products and packaging and none of it is for the good as far as i can see - for example I used to love this eyeliner - it always went on smoothly and looked fab but now it hardly makes a difference on my eyes - i went back to the store and was told by the consultant that alot of people had made the same coment to her. i bought a cheap one from another brand which i will now be using instead.

Not fit for purpose
1I was very disappointed with this pencil. It was much too hard to use on the delicate eye lid. Not fit for the purpose it was designed to do. I always thought No 7 done quality products, but now I'm not so sure.

doesn't work since the product was changed am now looking for a different brand!
1I too bought 3 of these, the pencil is too hard to use, pulls the delicate skin around the eye and doesn't give a good finish. Luckily I found a few of the old ones in my cupboard so I'm using them until I can find a different brand that has a softer kohl like finish. I see all the negative reviews here - Boots please take note and bring back the orginal product please.

Don't waste your money
1What on earth has happened to No 7 eye pencil. I have always used these eye pencils with great success, but the last one I bought was useless. I had to press really hard to get anything out of it at all and when I did the colour was hardly there, and I was left with soar eyes. The skin on and around our eyes is paper thin and needs the gentle touch. I returned my eye pencil to Boots and the assistant nodded knowingly as if she had heard it all before. Please don't let No 7 slip I use many of the products and have always been pleased. Hopefully this was just a faulty batch and the problem will be sorted. Meanwhile I will have to go elsewhere for now.

Doesn't Work
1I bought the brown eyeliner but am disappointed. It's much too hard, and you end up dragging the skin in an effort to even get any colour out of the eyeliner. It needs to be much softer! Even when you manage to make it draw a line, the colour is quite pale.

Love how it looks, positives end there
1This is a horrible product, it looks good, but it is so hard to apply, you can try and try but nothing happens, real waste of money. Bought 3 for 2, waste of money.

disappointed
1Bough three of these as there were on three for two offer, have used these previously and usually no problem with them, however when I tried the tester in the shop the liner seemed very soft but when tried on my hand did break very easily, put this down to perhaps rough treatment when handled when it was a tester and bought three colours green, purple and blue, the colours were exactly what I was looking for, however when I used them at home, they broke just the same, and I am not heavy handed. Therefore, returned to the shop, there was absolutely no problem with this, as I had kept my receipt and had returned within three days. Managed to get a refund, apparently a few of these pencils had boken the same. Not up to the normal standard, wish they hadn't changed the casing or inside product, shall not buy again, but willl still buy no 7 as the other products are up to a good standard. Why do they need to change formulations that work?

Not what it used to be
1I've been buying this eyeliner for over 10 years and they've suddenly changed it for the worse. It's softer than it was (it was already very soft) and this means you have to sharpen it after every two applications. it used to last ages- I've only had this for 2 weeks and it's gone down so much I can see it won't last long. Maybe the team at No 7 think that that means they'll sell twice as many, but they've misjudged this-I won't be buying this again- I'll just get my eyeliner from Benefit instead.

Stay Perfect Eye Pencil
3While I love most everything about the Stay Perfect Eye Pencil what I don’t like is how difficult it is to sharpen and get a good usable point on it again.  As others have said it becomes useless after the original point is gone.  If they improve that somehow I would buy the product again but until I have to pass. Â

Stay Perfect?
3This eye liner goes on so smoothly. I love the color. However it does not stay. I find after a couple of hours it is transferring to my brow bone area. I even tried using a light powder to set it. I am disappointed.
