4I have only been using this product for two days, I have sensitive eyes and have not found a soft eye pencil that is okay with my eyes. The product is easy to apply, and gives a perfect finish on the eyes.

A good eyeliner
3Very easy to apply. Leaves nice even line that can be smudged to give softer look. Stays put for few hours easy to remove with eye make up remover.

5This pencil, I'm in love. So black and goes on great. I always use eye liquid, but after using this pencil i think I'll change back ;).

Easy application but pricy
4Good coverage and easily applied but no better than other products from less expensive ranges. style of pencil makes it easy to sharpen which is a bonus compared to cheaper products.

worst eye liner pencil ever
1The first one I bought simply would not line my lower lid. It would write on my hand, but only with the sort of pressure that would hurt or even damage my eyelid. Very kind Boots assistant yesterday swapped it for me, assuming it was faulty, but same problem with replacement. IT WILL NOT WRITE. What have no7 done? Bring back the old liners please.

too hard
1This is like trying to write on your eyelid with an HB pencil, painful and hardly leaves a mark. Complete disaster, very surprised at this sort of quality from No7.

Great eyeliner!
4I am puzzled by the negative reviews for this product, as I find it works really well for me! It goes on nice and smoothly and doesn't budge until I remove it, which is all I could ask for in an eyeliner. I only take one star off as the depth of colour isn't that strong - the brown is a softer brown, and the black looks more charcoal. But I still like them and like that they're not too harsh for everyday.

Absolutely Awful!
1This is an appalling product for a mid range brand. It drags on the eye, is very difficult to apply and has no depth of colour once you do put your eyes through agony just to apply it. It's the way eye pencils used to be 40 years ago! Not acceptable boots, at all.

Great eyeliner!
5As with the "Dimorris" review, I also bought this in the shop without reading the reviews first. I can only conclude that the eyeliner has been improved since the bad reviews as I honestly cannot find any fault with it. I have tried and tested so many products over the last 30 years, cheap and premium brands to boot. This eyeliner is just as good, if not better than a premium brand I only bought last week. I have incredibly oily skin but this not only glides on beautifully with plenty of colour but it lasts hours. I have blue eyes and bought the brown which is a lovely dark chocolate colour. I will definitely be buying this again!

it irritates my eyes
1I have sensitive skin and since I was a teenager have always used No 7 with no problems. However, over the past year I have bought 2 new eyeliners and they make my eyes stream. Have you changed the ingredients? I'm afraid after 30 years of loyalty I'm having to look for different manufacturers make up as I can't wear yours.
