5I have used this cream for many years even though they changed it which took a bit of getting used to it is far better for my dry skin than other products I have tried

Unwanted changes to product
2Something has changed. This used to be much richer leaving my skin soft and nourished. I think No7 to to take a look at this product. My sister said exactly the same thing. We will no longer be buying

Better than my previous premium brand
5I was looking for a less expensive skin care regime having retired, so gave the Restore and Renew range a try. I was given samples of the day and night creams and the serum and within a few days saw an improvement in my skin - it was smoother and more even toned. I love it and would highly recommend using the full range. One thing I would say is that if I am using foundation I omit the serum under the day cream as I found that was causing the foundation to flake.

LOVELY CREAM
5i have used this cream for four years now. It works for me, I have had comments that my skinin better condition now.I am 67 years old and think the cream is great for my aging skin by keeping it soft mosturised and healthy.

greasy
2Ihave been using both the day and night cream in this range for about a year and until recently have been very happy with the results. the last jar that I purchased has left my skin feeling greasy and unpleasant.

It’s changed and not for the better
1The formula of this cream has changed. It used to be gorgeous and one of the only creams I wasn’t allergic to, but now it feels horrible on your skin. If you rub your hand over it you can feel tiny balls and flakes. So disappointed this has happened to one of my favourite products

No problems for me
5I’ve been using this product for several years now, without any problems. Yes, I find the new formula slightly thicker, and it can cause redness occasionally (although I put this down to using the serum for the first time); I always wait for about 10 mins after applying, then put on foundation etc. Fingers crossed, I am happy with this cream.

Disappointed
1Feels like it is just coating the skin, not sinking into it. Also forms little balls when used with makeup. On days when I don’t want to use makeup I feel I need to use a tinted moisturiser over the top to take away the pale, shininess of this product. Will not buy again.

What have you done?
1Why did Boots change the formula? This was a big mistake. I would like to know when they're is going to be an unproven with this product. Surely, with so many negative reviews, it can't be doing the reputation of this face cream any good.
