A real find!
5I only bought this because I had a 5.00 off coupon, and instead of it going to waste, I thought I’d try something. It’s the best toning water I’ve used. Great for sensitive skin, I love it. 10/10 No7!!

Lovely Product
5Being taken by surprise when I went to my local Boots store for my usual cleansing products to find, what I’d usually used for many many years (probably from when they were first launched), had been taken off the shelf to be replaced by completely new & updated products...No 7 Radiant Results!! I’ve always used Soft & Soothed cleanser/toner due to my very sensitive skin & these products have been absolutely superb from not drying out my skin unlike other very highend products...the shock of being told it wasn’t available was an understatement to say the least!!!...I was advised to try No 7 Radiant Results Revitalising Toning Water (there’s no alcohol in this toner but there is in the RR Purifying Toner) to complement the RR Nourishing Cleansing Lotion. I’d like to say I’m extremely impressed with these products...although hesitant at first due to my sensitivity, I tried the toner (lovely & gentle) the day after I tried the cleanser just to make sure I didn’t get any reaction & have not had any skin issues. Having used both products together now I’m left with a clear, glowing, soft hydrated complexion...very impressed!! Because I have had no reaction whatsoever...extremely relieved to know I can continue with my fav No 7 & not have to start on the merry-go-round trying alternative product brands. I’m well pleased with the results!

Refreshing and effective
5I've used this on and off since it was first released. I'm sometimes tempted by new products but always come back to this! Its refreshing and seems to smooth my skin and more pores always seem a little smaller when I add this into my routine. It's not overly fragranced, which I like. The price is excellent too. I just wish No7 would ditch the massive plastic lid for something neater to cut back on plastic consumption.

Not revitalising!
1Have used No7 products for over 40 years and have been totally happy with them. No longer! I am going to have to change my brand because the new products Boots are now offer as No7 totally do nothing for my skin. More like an astringent and definitely not gentle. Shame Boots have now got this product range totally wrong.

3Used it around 3-4 months, but did not see any difference- it felt like putting water on my face

My favourite toner
5I have been using this toner for a long time as part of my daily routine. I have looked elsewhere to replace but nothing is as good. It leaves my skin fresh, oil free but not drying and it helps my moisturiser work better into my skin. I really notice the difference when so have run out of this and use no toner. The bottle design works for me as I just tip it upside down on a damp cotton pad to apply.

Refreshing but doesn’t make a difference.
2I got this product as part of a No7 set with the electric cleanser brush for Christmas. I used the toner for about a month following receiving it and can honestly say it has done nothing for my skin? Of course it is hydrating and refreshing, particularly first thing in the morning or after getting out the shower, but I did not see any results. I have switched to using the Ordinary 7% Toning Solution and can honesty say that after just 5 days, I have seen 100% more results that whilst using this product by NO7. I would not repurchase.

Irritated my skin
1Bought this a month ago and started using with the facial wash,my skin is looking red and blotchy with dry skin and my skin looked completely dried out, very uncomfortable I have stopped using and will not use again. May be for younger people

Not good to dispense
3Is it just mine...But the top is open pour. I was expecting a stopper with a hole. Didn't look at it before losing 1/4 bottle on cotton pad.
