Didn't remove make up
1I have always used the LE product but bought this when it was on offer to try instead. I found it very thick and it didn't remove my mascara. Did it once mascara was still on my eyes and black down my cheeks. Tried for a second time and it didn't even remove it from my cheeks.I had to use another cleanser to get it off. It also didn't leave my skin feeling very refreshed. I was very underwhelmed by this product and have stopped using it.

Greasy and Thick
1I loved the old No7 Hot Cloth Cleanser! I noticed a change in my skin since I started to this product, the texture is greasy and thick! I wouldn't recommend this to someone who gets hormonal spots, I ended up having red and sore spots since using this. Please bring back the old hot cloth cleanser, it was PERFECT

Terrible new formula!
1The Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser was my ultimate skincare buy, I have sensitive skin and have tried a *lot* of cream cleansers - I went through countless tubes and recommended it for years to anyone that would listen. When I learned the product had been discontinued I rushed to my nearest Boots store and was informed by those on the No 7 counter that the product had simply been renamed and repackaged and is now sold under a different name - I was skeptical but went ahead with a purchase. The Radiant Results hot cloth cleanser is heavily fragranced and has a different formulation that just doesn't work as well and sadly really irritates my skin. So disappointed that my all-time favourite has disappeared for good.

Perfection
5I have to disagree with all the negative reviews about the new formulation. I used both the old version and now the new and if anything, I think I prefer the new formulation. I find it to be very gentle and I have extremely sensitive skin. I love the texture of this as it is easy to massage in to the skin for a really deep yet gentle cleansing action and best of all it rinses clean away, unlike the Liz Earle, which requires carefully removing with a hot cloth. You could use this without the muslin cloth as it is not actually necessary since the product rinses clean so easily. I have tried many high end cleansers, which have been very expensive and this beats them all hands down. It works brilliantly, is very gentle and rinses clean away so makes it quick and easy to use with no fuss. I will continue to use this as it is now my favourite cleanser of all time, and finally feel I have found one I will stay loyal to, as there is no reason to switch.

So disappointing!
1I used the old version for years and loved it, it was gentle enough on my sensitive skin but still left my skin feeling clean and not at all tight. I cannot get on with this one so another customer making the switch back to liz Earle!

Not as good as the old formula
2I have used the beautiful skin hot cloth cleanser for a few years after us in Liz Earle one. It was lovely, fresh, creamy and gentle on my face. I confidently bought this new formula thinking it would be an improvement but sadly not. My skin isn't sensitive but it gives me a burning feeling and goes red. It is a completely different texture, not very nice. I highly rate most no7 skincare but am gutted about this change as I can't use it anymore.

Thick and greasy
1I bought this product to use since I ran out of my Liz earl cleanse and polish to try something new. Have used once and won’t use again. The product is overly thick and fees greasy on the skin. As well as that the cloth which comes with the product is overly ruff to use on the skin daily. Would be good to exfoliate occasionally but not as a cloth to use daily.

Absolutely terrible product
1I have used the original hot cloth cleanser for years and found it to be even better than the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser. My skin was beautiful and the cleanser had a lovely creamy feel and clean smell. This new formula is terrible. It's oily and leaves my skin dried out and itchy, and within three days use I had a face full of spots. I have persevered for six weeks but I have binned it today. Terrible product. Bring back the old one!

Formula changed
2I used to love this cleanser until they changed the formula. Now it makes my skin really oily and I've stopped using it.
