Great cleanser
4No problems with reaction to this, and I honestly can't tell that the forumula has changed.

Love this product
5I was given a gift set with this product two months ago and have been using it since. I have sensitive skin and have have no reaction. I love the creamy texture. I do tend to cleanse first with a make up remover but then massage this into my skin, leave for a second or two and then use the hot cloth. Brings off any final residue make up and my skin feels clean, fresh and soft.

Avoid at all costs
1I use numerous no7 products and thought I'd give this a try. The minute I put it on my skin started to burn and now my face is all marked and sore! Wish I'd checked online before buying it in store

Really pleased
5I usually use Liz Earle cleanse and polish but this is so much cheaper plus I got 3 for the price of 2. I see others say it’s not as good as the old version which I never tried. This is lovely on my skin gets my makeup off and doesn’t make my face feel dry. I’m definitely a convert

Bring back the old one!
1I'd used the old hot cloth cleanser for years, and it was lovely - this new one brought me out in a combination of spots and itchy, flaky skin within a few days of starting to use it (I'd not changed anything else, so it must have been this). Please change back to the old formula, Boots!

Bring back the old formula!
1I cannot believe they have the changed the formula! The Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser was amazing, it removed all my makeup, was gentle and left my skin feeling clean and soft. This new formula is not good, why add more unnecessary ingredients that now irritate my skin. Please bring back the old version Boots.

Works on my sensitive skin
5I got this for Christmas and I love it. My skin is much healthier. My beautician asked what I was using as my skin was so good. I have incredibly sensitive skin.

Disappointing new formula.
1The previous formula equalled the Liz Earle product but this new version is inferior. Thicker product which is harder to remove and leaves skin feeling dry, not refreshed and soft as it should be.

Old One is Better
1The original hot cloth cleanser was a direct competitor to the much more expensive Liz Earle. Since Boots now own Liz Earle they have changed the original formula and this one is no where near as effective. Hence, people go back to the much pricey Liz Earle. Do you think Boots mind? ££££££
