Itchy eyes
1I have for years used Boots beautiful skin cleanser which has sadly been discontinued so I tried the No7 Radiant results hot cloth cleanser and I hate it. It’s far too thick and gloopy and drags the skin and makes my eyes terribly itchy. Please bring back Beautiful Skin cleanser. I am now looking elsewhere.

awful rerun of a fabulous classic
1always used no 7 hot cloth cleanser....it wad amazing..had been using another cheaper brand and decided to try the no 7 one again ...big mistake....its been reformulated and makes my eyes itchy and gritty and skin dry and tight....and at the price it is was an expensive mistake.....why Boots did you alter the original.......in the bin it goes.... . .

Terrible alternative
1I had beautiful skin cleanser with a box set and absolutely loved it. My skin felt clean and it removed all my make up, yet it still felt soft and “beautiful”. Went back into store to buy more only to be shown this as it’s better alternative, it’s awful !!! My skin feels raw & hot after use, makes my eyes water, far to severe. Also it does not easily remove my mascara. I will be returning this after two uses. Do not waste your money ,j

Better than ever
5I started to use this again after a year of using Liz Earle and I’ve found it better than Liz Earle especially for getting eye makeup off and my face feels really clean. My only gripe is I wish it came with a decent cloth rather than the tiny excuse for a cloth it actually comes with as it’s totally useless!

Extremely disappointing
1Doesn't smell nice and I'll be so pleased when I've finished it. Please bring back the Beautiful Skin version which was lovely, or I'll definitely be purchasing my next facial wash elsewhere.

Terrible!
1Why have you reformulated this product! This new formula is awful, it left my skin tight and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this especially to anyone with sensitive or problematic skin issues.

5Just finished my first bottle of this, has cleared up my skin completely and given me more of a glow. I’ve had so many compliments on my skin recently! 10/10 recommend

Great product
5I use this as a male who suffers really bad irritation after shaving and this works wonders. I apply the cleanser after shaving my face and leave it to absorb in and then wipe away with the muslin cloth. It leaves my skin feeling really soft and clean and it really helps reduce the redness and irritation

Bring back the old cleanser!!
1I got given the old cleanser as a christmas present a few years back and it cleared my skin up instantly it was amazing! ran out so i decided to buy this as the old one got discontinued, this new cleaner gave me spots and made my skin blochy and itchy i definitely wouldn’t recommend. i’ve seen a few reviews similar to this one and was surprised at how many people had the same experience, for those wanting the old cleanser i seen some people are selling it on depop that’s where i bought another one :) PLEASE NO7 BRING BACH THE OLD CLEANSER
