Best eye cream I have tried
3I purchased this around New Year, shortly after a nasty bout of flu which had left my skin looking really dehydrated, particularly around the eyes. Eye creams I had tried in the past had made no noticeable difference, so I decided to give this one a try. I was very happy with the results. Within a few days of using product, my eyes looked fresher than they had done even before catching flu! My only complaint is the packaging... I've resorted to cutting the nail on my left pinkie finger really short, just so I can get the cream out of its pot! The neck of the pot needs to be wider so the cream can be removed with the flat of the finger.

Eye cream intense in a tube?
3Agree with the other reviewers. The freebie I initally got came in a tube, much more hygienic too, especially for eye area. Please please bring it out in a tube in a new Intense version!!

fiddly pot
5Highly recommend this eye cream. It hides fine lines,brightens and tightens the eye area. Only negative, I have to agree that the design of the pot is laughable. Tiny little hole to get your singer into. Fiddly in the extreme!

Nice cream
3I agree with other reviews. Rather messy to get out of pot, gets under nails, and you use far too much. Product is ok though but packaging definately needs changing.

5For years ive hated my skin and more to the point my eyes, ive always had very bad dark circles and irritable eyes, ive tried so many eye creams and methods to try and improve the look of them but never seemed to get a result ive wanted, i then decided to buy No.7 protect and perfect eye cream and its truly fabulous!! I recommend it to everyone! i now use the whole range day and night religiously! The wash, the scrub, then the serum, then the anti aging balm then the eye cream! and Im 18!!!! and still hoping to look 18 in 10 years time!! buy these products!

Eye Cream
3I absolutely LOVE this eye cream, but I do have one complaint. Why is it in a pot and not in a tube? When I you get near the bottom I get more under my nail than on my finger and feel I waste so much. So - Love product but don't love packaging.

Protect and Perfect is Perfect!
5I now live in France amongst all the expensive big names in skin care and make-up but I have found nothing to compare with this entire range. I have to arrange to have it posted to me but it is worth it, I would recommend it to anyone

Great product, shame about the packaging
3I'm afraid the inappropriate packaging really lets this product down. The eye cream is fabulous and I would certainly recommend it to anyone, however it's really over shadowed by how awkward the packaging is. I'm amazed it passed and have to doubt it was even tested, surely a tube or tub with wide neck would have been more suitable. The small neck makes it really difficult to get the cream out in small amounts. I get round this by using a cotton bud but it irritates me every day when I come to use it. A shame really as the cream is fantastic. Hope the package designers can see fit to make the change in the future.

No 7 Protect & Perfect Eye Cream
3A lovely cream, but the wrong packaging. This is very expensive, for me, and I wasted so much because the pot has such a tiny opening. The cream gets under your finger nails, and all over your fingers, which is so unhygienic. Surely a tube would be better and more economical to use?

5The skin around my eyes was just beginning to show the first signs of wrinkling when I discovered this fantastic product! All sign of the lines have now disappeared - the cream blends into my skin without leaving an oily residue or a 'heavy' feeling around my eyes. This product inspired me to try the rest of the range and I'm so glad I did - I've never looked back!
