The Pot Trick
5As everyone says the cream is fabulous. I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and some (very expensive) eyecreams have made my eyes puff up. This cream is a miracle. Lovely to use and you only need a blob the size of a grain of rice for each eye so well worth the price. HERE'S THE TRICK!!! I use the thin end of a plastic coffee stirrer, the type you get in coffee shops. I dip the end in the pot, put it onto myfinger and Bob's your Uncle. Also, you can wash the stirrer each time so helps prevent the spread of bacteria. This really does work as you can get into all the cracks and crevices. TRY IT!

nice cream!
4I was given this little pot of eye cream from my sister.I t is nice and hydraiting,but the opening to the neck of the pot needs to be wider,olay total effects eye cream has the pot just right.What i do is when near the bottom like the last reviewer said,turn upside down.

5I love this product and have just bought my replacement tub, Would recommend this to everyone looking for a little "eye pick me up" it easily absorbs leaving the skin around the eyes feeling soft and smooth. For the ladies with the dilemma on getting all the product from the tub what i done was as i was near the end of the tub i started storing it upside down and believe me you do get every last drop! :)

Best Eye Cream, Worse Pot
5This eye cream glides like silk, is easy to apply (you only need a teeny little bit of it) and it really has made a difference to my puffy eyes. The skin around my eyes feels hydrated all day. Truly wonderful eye cream. However, I nearly fell of my chair when I opened the pott - how am I going to get the rest of the cream out with such a small opening??!! The neck of the pot or the opening part needs to be made wider. I don't think a tube would be best since it's difficult to get creams out of tunes and a lot gets wasted. I like the exterior look of this pot but the neck/opening should defo be wider. Lovely, lovely cream and a must have!! Well done No7

Love love love it!
5This eye cream is amazing! Really reduces bags and puffyness, just give it some time and use day and night. The little tub lasts ages and is great for sensitive skin. Highly recommended.

poor packaging
1The opening at the top of the pot is far too small. You can only just fit your finger in it vertically and then you get the product under your nails. Most women would like to stroke their finger across the surface of the product and then apply it, not 'poke' it with their finger end and thereby get it uner their nails. Bad ergonomics and product design. Product itself is fine and dandy but this is a real irritant and should have been discovered before the packaging was signed off. I for one will not buy it again because of this; I'm sick of cleaning out my finger nails of the product (and they're not even particularly long)

Protect and Perfect Eye Cream
4I love everything about this cream except the silly pot. The cream gets into your fingernails, which is a terrible waste, and it is impossible to get the last bit out at all. A big black mark for the pot designer! Please change it to a wide lidded pot, or better still a tube.

Boots No. 7 eyecream
5I love this eyecream. I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and this cream never affects my eyes. I do love No. 7 but this is my absolute favourite eye cream of all time!

Wasteful Packaging Spoils this Product
1Whilst the product may be marvellous, the pot it comes in is designed very poorly. It is impossible to extract the correct amount of cream once below the level of the shoulders of the pot. I now have lovely soft hands from rubbing in the excess cream after every application. What is, in theory, a well priced product is actually quite expensive given the amount of cream wasted. I will not buy it again unless the packaging is changed.
