Smells Fishy
1I don't usually write reviews, but having been so disappointed with this hand cream, and based on the other products in the range I felt I had to. The smell is awful, it's fishy. I wondered whether it was a reaction to my perfume, but having tried it both before and after perfume, I now know it is certainly the hand cream. I am very disappointed, this is not a cheap cream, but it has gone in the bin.

Smells of fish!
1This handcream smells disgusting! I can't comment on whether it made my hands feels soft because the strong fish smell meant I felt the need to wash it off as quickly as possible. I passed the cream to 3 other people to try, without giving them a clue as to my views, and all spontaneously said "eurghhh" when smelling it on their hands. Two said that it smelled of fish without any prompting from me. I threw the handcream away almost un-used, you can't get much worse value for money than that.

No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Day Hand Cream
4I got a small size of this, when I received it in a gift set for Christmas, the cream is quite thick, absorbs into the skin quickly, left my hands soft and smooth, I like it, but the only thing I did not like was the smell, it did not have a nice smell whatsoever.

FISHY!
2Im a big fan of all the No 7 Protect and Perfect products and use them daily, bought a tube of this handcream about a year ago and have just received a free gift including some more. Same problem both times it smells of FISH! Nice cream, does the job, horrid smell.

lovely smooth hands
5over the years I've used many hand creams some bottom of the range alot of them mid to top of the range .For me this is one of the best it glides on and is absorbed quite quickly, has a nice smell and leaves my hands very smooth. I've been using with the night cream and I think the few age spots I have have faded and don't know if its wishful thinking but I think my hands look younger

Luxurious treat for hands.
5I work with food and my hands get cold and wet for hours on end which means by the end of my shift they are very dry and uncomfortable.Once home and showered i apply this beutiful handcream.The fragrance isn't overpowering and i love it. When i first started using it i applied a bit too much which left my hands feeling greasy and sticky.I realised that i only needed a small amount as it goes along way.With most handcreams i constantly re-apply as they leave my hands still felling dry but this one lasts all night.In the morning my hands look and feel soft and cared for. I'm at that age when skin has lost alot of elastisicity so i make sure to rub this handcream well into the backs of my hands.I like to think that my hands don't show my age and i have had compliments.Used regulary i think this handcream will go along way to not only hydrating your hands and making them feel good but stopping them aging so quickly.

Greasy and smells horrible!
2I don't have any wrinkles on my hands so can't review the age-protecting claim to this hand cream, but I personally find it very oily, as if my hands are sweaty, and have had to wash my hands straight away after using it because it feels so horrible. Also, it has a very off-putting smell, almost fishy...another reason why I am keen to wash it away after using it! It's a shame because I really hoped that this would be great! 2 stars rather than 1 star simply because it may be a brilliant anti-ageing moisturising, but I can't judge that. I wouldn't recommend, I love hand creams and have tried many, and this is my least favourite unfortunately.

Fantastic hand cream to keep the lines at bay.
5I actually prefer this hand cream to the night time version. It goes on beautifully, has a pleasant, but not overpowering fragrance and instantly takes 10 years the look of your hands! I use it overnight as I get the best benefit from it then. At around £10 a tube, it's not cheap but I don't use anything else now.

5I was dubious about buying this after reading some of the reviews but being 37 with hands that resembled someone of about 60 I thought it was worth a try - and I haven't been dissappointed. The cream is a litle bit greasy for about 5 mintes but then it absorbs into your hands and it's fine. I noticed a difference after just a couple of uses (softer, less dry, more elasticity, faded age spots and younger looking) and that was just using it morning and night, and the effect lasts even if you forget to use it for a day or two. 4 weeks or so later I am really pleased with the results.
