Outstanding
5I was bought this cream as a gift as I WAS always moaning about the state of my hands and that no cream no matter how fab it claimed to be even for dry cracked sensitive skin they didn't work !!! My hands looked old, wrinkly, and cracked and WERE in a terrible mess, I applied this cream several times a day initially and saw a massive improvement within days, I now only apply once to twice a day and given the state they were in this is a first for yrs, my hands now look GREAT almost wrinkle free and much much younger :-) I have used this cream for about 2 yrs now and have recently tried other products ! Big mistake on my part ! I returned to using No7 and again almost instantly my skin improved.

5This is by far the best hand cream I have ever used, most hand creams make my hands sore and red and by the time its soaked in my hands are dry, but with this product I don't have that problem, it can be a bit greasy at first but it soon soaks in nicely leaving your hands soft and not sore

Off putting smell!
1Whilst I agree that this is a good hand-cream, the smell is simply horrible - I thought that perhaps the sample I had was off, and so bought the product... but it's unusable, as it makes my hands smell awful - like decaying fish - it's a very strong smell.

Oily and unpleasant
1I love No 7, especially the Protect and Perfect range. So I was hugely disappointed by this hand cream. It leaves my hands oily and shiny, and doesn't work in easily. I had to wipe it all off again so that I could get on with my work without making everything oily. I tried again, using just a very little on the backs of my hands, but they didn't feel soft and a few hours later just felt dry again. I wouldn't buy it again. Now I use a tiny dab of Protect and Perfect Intense serum on the backs of my hands, then use a little Boots expert dry skin concentrated hand and nail cream. I don't know why Boots don't just rebrand that as No 7. The serum lifts the wrinkles out of my hands and the cream lasts for ages, even through hand-washing. I'm using the rest of this P&P Intense hand cream on my feet after a shower, just to use it up as it's so expensive.

Smells fishy :(
1I applied this at work today and like other reviewers, the first thing that hit me was the smell. I waved my hands in a colleague's face to see what they thought. "Your hands smell of fish." she said. I agreed. I washed my hands.

no7 handcream
5I have very dry skin and have tried several hand creams. no7 is the best .if ever run out and used different i can tell wiyhin days and afto rush out to get no7 hand cream.nothing compares.i have been using this product for approx 12 monyhs now

Please change the way it smells!
3I have used No.7 hand cream over the years and was satisfied with it (even though it never smelled particularly nice). However, the new day hand cream (as well as the night one) smells very, very bad, to the point that after applying it, I have to keep my hands as far away from my nose as possible. Can anything be done about the smell? It will immediately raise the product rating, I am sure.

Smells Awful
1I was really looking forward to using this cream as i use the face creams and serums. However i was very dissapointed becauce of the smell (kind of fishy). I had to wash it off as the smell really was unbearable.

Proctect & perfect hand cream
5I try all sort of hand creams they didnt work for me.Then I decided to try N07 hand cream my hands became back as they use to be I was so please with thius product. I will never change it for any other hand cream. My hands always pick up a problm in the winter they would go like old age and they would go very painful they would have cuts and you could see bloods. it was so pain I couldn't do anything the pain wouldn't let me go to sleep.Once tryed this product in two days time my hands didn't hurt me they are gong back as normal I am please with the result at lease N07 know whats best for hands I am going to go out tomorrow buy a baig bottle. I will still carry on use this cream even though my hands have gone better Yes I would recmmend this to someone I give it 100 mark the very best one I use all N07 product face creams, toner and cleaner I dont care if they cost so much money,at lease it do the job for me

Why So Fishy?
1Nice cream, but why so fishy? it's like I have stuck my hands in a tin of tuna fish.....Waste of money , and I can no longer use it.
