Needs regular top ups
2I have been using this for a month to keep my makeup matte & the forehead shine away. Nice packaging. It does the job for an hour or 2 then needs topping up. You get what you pay for. Next time i’ll go for kat von d

Best pressed powder
5So first off, I work for boots, but I am a total make-up junkie and have tested MANY loose and pressed powders, from all different price ranges and brands, I would list but we’d be here all day! I first started wearing this powder when I was 15 and am now in my mid-twenties, I’m yet to find something I love as much. As an oily, spot prone teen, it kept me matte, and now as a few crinkles are appearing around my under eyes and smile lines it’s keeping me crease free. Nothing else simply does the job like this. Also the mirror is nice and large in the compact so it always wins when I’m travelling (although I would LOVE it to be refillable). I should mention that I am very fair and have always found translucent to be just that, never leaves patches and works with every foundation I’ve ever paired it with. I cannot recommend it enough!

5Love this powder. It is great. But please please boots make a refill to reduce the waste of having to buy a new black outer each time.

Exellent product
5This is my third purchase already, loving it, affordable and does the job. I use the translucent colour for a matte finishing look. I hope there will be a REFILL option available soon. Having to buy a complete new compact case everytime doesn't seem right!

Makes my skin look awful
2I used this to set my undereye and blemishes concealer, but it pills up and makes my skin look dry (even freshly moisturised) and more heavily textured than it is. I've tried it with a different concealer to check this powder was the issue, and indeed, it did the same thing. It gets two stars not one for coming in a colour light enough for my pale skin (Translucent shade) and lasting all day, but ultimately I can't see myself ever finishing this powder and I definitely won't be repurchasing.
