5I needed a change from my Laura Mercier- I'm on more of a budget now and I fancied trying something new anyway. Saw this recommended all over the place as being a great dupe, and having read the description, the claims seemed right up my alley. I noticed that is blurred any texture on my skin- I don't have too much but I did recently experience a small dry patch. I also felt that the powder gave me a lovely sheen over my face. This is definitely a powder for somebody that likes a more luminous finish. I think the packaging also looks very luxury and classy.

Powder
5The powder in itself is really good quality and I will definitely buy again but will get a different shade because although it is called translucent it is actually more a pale white

Great doop of Laura Mercier
5I used to use Laura Mercier translucent powder, but it still creased under my eyes. I was recommended this one by a make up artist. I have normal skin (no oily or dry areas) I apply primer to my undereyes, currently wearing Clinique concealer whilst it’s still damp I apply the powder with a brush (shaking the excess off before I do) it sets perfectly

Perfect for under eye area
5I have a dry and textured under eye area and this powder sets my concealer really well but doesnt dry out the skin like most do. Dont use on the rest of the face as it washes off of my oily skin

Cakes in a few hours
2The powder is good when applied freshly, but in a few hours it starts to settle in my fine lines, nose area and also clings to dry patches. Heard great things about it but it was a waste of money for me, won't be buying again!

Never found a better powder
4Have used this for years and have never found a better powder. My only niggle is that it is tricky getting the last of the powder out of the pot

Natural looking
5I have probably tried every powder in this price range and under, but I always return to this one in translucent; it doesn't sit in my pores or wrinkles, it's reasonably priced and gives natural looking coverage.

Loose Powder
4This is a good powder which I use but local branch never seems to stock it so have to desert the High Street and go online. It would be nice if the plastic "container" holding the powder underneath were easier to shift to get to the last bits of powder. I would prefer to just dip into the powder with the puff at all times.
