Nice and smooth
4Very even foundation. I didn't think it illuminated my skin but it definitely didn't dry my skin out. I have a very mixed skin type. Nice coverage throughout the day!

Good foundation
4I like this foundation a lot - went on really well and lasted for the day. Blurred fine lines and covered blemishes well. Only complaint was that it sometimes went a little cakey on drier areas

Lovely dewy look
4I brought this on Monday and have used it daily since then, I wanted something that felt light, gave good coverage and kind to older skin, I am so pleased with this product,it gives me the coverage I like without drying out my skin and the colour (cool beige) is absolutely spot on match for my skin. Love it!

Seriously good
5I tend to shy away from using foundation because the coverage is too heavy or highlights how dry my skin is making it look flaky. But I've worn this almost every day since I got it, and I've typically just spot concealed where needed to avoid that. 1 pump is enough for my whole face, it glides on and layers well in areas that need a bit more coverage, doesn't wear badly or oxidise on me. I'm using calico which is an excellent match - you can't tell where I haven't covered! I've previously only used tinted moisturisers with any regularity because of my issues with most foundations.

Blends so easily
4Purchased shade calico which is a perfect shade for me. Blends seamlessly like a dream. Only loses 1 point due to not being lasting enough for me I feel as the day goes on I have to apply more in the office. Very moisturising and feels lovely on skin. Great dispenser

Extremely smooth
5This is a lovely foundation to apply, it goes on very smoothly and feels silky. The coverage it good without looking cloggy. The colour match was excellent and having a sun protection in it was brilliant. It removed easily leaving my skin feeling fresh. Highly recommended

Not for me
2I was sent this as part of the review panel to test. I have used 3 other foundations from the No7 range & I have liked them all, but this one just doesn’t work for me. My match colour is Cool Ivory, which I was sent & was really pleased about (nothing worse than the wrong colour) The positives are, the colour was spot on & the texture was nice & creamy, but not in a heavy way. The negatives (for me personally) are that the coverage is not that great, even though it states medium coverage, I felt that I had to patch over on the areas I needed it more. Also, I found once on my skin, it looked too oily & shiny. I’m at that age where I don’t use lots of powder anymore, but I felt with this I had an urge to really powder it down. Finally, after having this on my skin for about 6 hours I felt like my skin was getting parched & dried out. I initially thought it was “just one of those days” but after trying the product again a few more times, I got the same feeling. So, overall, it just doesn’t seem to suit my skin.

Not bad
4I received this foundation via the Boots review panel and I didn't know what to expect as I read mixed reviews and I never used no7 foundation. I was quite pleasantly surprised. It's light enough and easily applicable. Has a nice feel because of the serum. The colour tone is nicely blending with my skin colour. Gives light coverage, which I'm ok with. Although I have light rosacea skin so I do need coverage, I don't like the very heavy, dull foundations, which clog your pores and feel like you wear someone elses skin on your face. My skin got still greasy after couple of hours vearing, though- not that I expected miracles, as it does from other brands too. What I am not very happy with, is the glass bottle. As I am very much against any kind of wasting, I can see that I won't be able to use a good amount of this, as I can from the plastic tubes. Also, I generally find no7 a bit pricey brand. But all in all, so far I am quite happy with the quality.
