The old one was better
2I have used No 7's lift and luminate foundation for years and always got compliments on it. I bought this new version and while is is a nice enough finish it is a bit dull. Also, since I started using it my skin has been broken out constantly. This is the first foundation to break my skin out. Really disappointed that it doesn't live up to the hype.

Amazing finish but is it giving me spot?
3After years of spending a fortune on high end products I thought I'd give this a go and I am amazed by the perfect coverage and radiance it gives however, I have come out in spots all over the bottom half of my face and it feels warm in these areas. Unsure if it's an allergy I really hope not.

5This goes on lovely, it offers good, even coverage and lasts all day. The colour match is excellent to my skin tone. I'd definitely recommend it.

Amazing foundation
5I honestly have never before found a foundation that suits my skin or I'm happy with. This product is a genius. As it combines a skin care serum within the foundation, it does feel amazing on the skin. The coverage is very complete whilst feeling light. It feels as if it would be waterproof as it's completely smudge-proof and doesn't budge once you blend it into the skin. As it also contains sunscreen, it really is an all-in-one product. It is not fragranced but actually smells really good, just natural and gentle. It's fine to wear alone without any powder as it's a lovely finish. Boots, don't stop making this or change it, Best foundation you do.

Fabulous Foundation
5I have oily skin and usually use Beautifully Matte foundation, but I though I would give this a try as I wanted something less heavy for weekends. It really does make skin look more luminous and glowing. It doesn't stay on as long as Beautifully Matte but I wouldn't expect it to, as the products do two different things. I love it, due to my oily and spot prone skin I have spent the last 25 years wearing very heavy foundations which are very ageing, Lift and Luminate really improves the look of my skin, it is a very flattering product.

Extremely Light coverage and too dewy
1I usually purchase No7 Beautifully Matte foundation and I found that I have slowly come to dislike its fuller coverage. Originally, I intended to purchase the Beautifully Matte Light foundation as I have tried it before and found it to be just right, however, I saw this foundation and thought it looked and sounded great. I am always open to trying new types of makeup. I do have very oily skin and foundation usually settles into my pores and fine lines within about 2 hours of wear so I 'set' my foundation with matte powders to try and conquer this as much as possible. As soon as I put this foundation onto my face, it felt like another 'layer'. I didn't find it comfortable to wear at all and it felt as if there was a thick moisturiser on my face. I used matte powder to set the foundation and it seemed to be okay but within 2 hours, the foundation had separated and left my face looking like a patchwork quilt. I feel that this foundation may work perfectly for people with dry skin but I think I will revert to Beautifully Matte Light again as it was more suited to oily skin.

Love this Triple action!!!!
5I have bought this foundation in the warm beige on the recommendation from Alma the no7 consultant in Bridlington....I am 63 and never worn foundation...until now and I am so pleased with the look it gives me it feels as though you are not wearing any make up and looks tremendous I look younger and my skin feels wonderful as the foundation has a serum in it lasts all day with no touch up required a big thank you to Alma and boots for there no 7 range of cosmetics ....

Fabulous
5Ive used Lift and Luminate foundation for years and was worried when they said it was changing. This new formula is GREAT! I like a dewy finish and this is just that....stays on all day too. I actually look in the mirror and like what I see!! Amazing product!

Fantastic
5Whilst using the old lift and luminate I actually swapped it for stay perfect because I was finding it too thick and sticky on application it would squelch when applying it. However, I have now purchased the new lift and luminate and all I can say is very well done no 7, it's the best foundation I've ever used in look, feel and coverage.

Love it!
5I've tried many many pricey foundations to replace a discontinued 'high end' laser focus foundation..had no luck until I tried this one. Its now my new favourite and half the price of my old one! Its got great coverage, goes on super smoothly and gives me a glow that seems to get better as the day goes on. I also noticed my skin was much improved when i had a make -up free day. In the 2 weeks I've used it so far, I've had 3 compliments. Its a winner
