Thank Heaven It Isn’t Waterproof!
5Boots.com review This is a really good mascara. It’s straightforward - no fancy shaped brush just the usual mascara wand. I chose black and it is a good dense black, it gives excellent coverage and doesn’t flake when dry. As most will know, when you get to a certain age - and I’m saying nothing - you need to stay away from waterproof mascaras and thank heaven this one isn’t waterproof!

Worst mascara Ever

1Boots.com review Used to be a huge fan of Boots mascara... no longer. Watery, excess packaging and, since you've changed your packaging, looks cheaper. You've lost a very loyal and long standing customer (over 30 years standing).

Not the same mascara
1Boots.com review So disappointed with this mascara. I have been using for years and bought a new one, new packaging. It's useless. Just doesn't cover the lashes. Seems watery. I even went into the local boots and complained as I thought I must have just had a dodgy one but was brushed off and said nothing had changed only the packaging. Now I need to look for one somewhere else.

Not as good as old version – very disappointing
2Boots.com review I loved the previous version of this mascara - it had great volume-building capacity, was not flaky and in fact one stroke was often enough to get very good lash coverage, saving lots of time in the morning. Now I have to fiddle around with it for some time, putting lots of layers on in an attempt to achieve the same effect - and it still doesn't match up. Far too runny – I just don't like the consistency or the look. Will not be buying again and will be searching elsewhere for old stock!

New packaging surplus to requirements
3Boots.com review Why have Boots started to box their number 7 mascaras when it was not deemed necessary before? We are supposed to be reducing packaging not adding it unnecessarily. One life long customer now looking elsewhere.
